What does a mayor do? On a good day, you get to nose over an award. It helps if you can make sure the weather schedule comes off on time. But more than anything else, it's about leadership. Taking responsibility for the safety and comfort of all those who live within your domain. That's how it's supposed to work. The mayor is the one who makes sure everything is under control.

A long time ago, a saddened mare found Time Turner tinkering in his lab late one stormy night. After offering the stallion more bits than he knew what to do with, he created Sweetie-bot. All seemed fine, until the robot started doing things he didn't program it to do.

And then it started getting taller.

And healing on it's own.

I made the cover art using Blender, and then drew Sweetie quite poorly in my notebook, then traced over her using Paint dot net.

Perception is a fascinating thing. Sometimes, how someone views themselves and how others view someone don't coincide. In fact, it can be absolutely baffling how different the two are.

The girl who seems to have everything together? She might be a wreck beneath the surface.

The girl who seems so inattentive? Perhaps she genuinely doesn't see the attempts to reach her.

The girl who seems so moody? Maybe there's more to it than what people see.

But of course, that's the thing about perception. Sometimes, it just doesn't line up. And few know that better than the girls at Crystal Prep Academy.

The very much unauthorized re-write of Jonny Bench's story called The Crippling Secret. I thought it would be fun to re-write it, but Jonny himself hasn't been on since half a year ago, so-

Story was released 10/22/22, but I really, really rushed writing it. Usually, my stories take about five drafts before I'm happy with it. This one, I only did two then published it. On 10/24/22, I re-edited the story to flow better.

The holidays are a time for food and fun, a time for joy and merriment, a time to spend together with those you love, and with those who love you. It is a time for strengthening old friendships and for making new ones, either with a hug, a loving word, or a beautifully wrapped present.
