A very satisfying and romantic ending. I enjoyed the story immensely, and I could only wish there was more. Also, the sex was very hot.

Overall this has been a great story, I laughed, I cried, and I expelled at least 3 other types of bodily fluid. As far as the magic show goes that was some very cute and personal interplay between trixie and the main character, as well as a clever loophole with the "home" spell. Its like they say I suppose "home is where the heart is".

I will for the life of me never truly understand the whole 2nd person perspective however. I understand that its supposed to make the reader feel as if they are in the story, but when the character clearly has his own back story and personality (both of which you handled very well by the way) I find it just odd that the story isn't then written in the normal 1st person.

But that's just my take on the style it didn't stop me from enjoying this gem in the slightest! I look forward to your other works and I hope you maintain this amazing level of quality.

Wow. When I first started reading this, I thought it was going to be just a clop-fic. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good story instead. And hey, I still got my clop!

Heh, never thought I would get emotionally invested in this story, expecially one about Trixie, a character which I was never particularly fond of. Nether the less, and surprisingly well written, and passionate sex scene aside, this is possibly, one of my most favorite stories on the site, and I am very disappointed to see it end.

I remember seeing the story on the front page, and for what ever reason, I decided to read it, and you know what, I didn't like it, it was boring, Trixie was being, well, Trixie, and at times, seemed to be trying to hard. But as time passed and the chapters progressed, I became more and more engrossed in the story, and actually found my self liking this new Trixie, hell, my heart actually ached during the more depressing parts of the story, it wasn't a tear jerk-er sort of ache, but more of a painful kind of ache, and had some pretty good laughs during the more light heart-ed, and awkward parts. And what really caught me off guard was how natural the sex scene was, yeah it felt kind of cheesy, but I expected something of the sort from a romance that was built up over 55,000 words, or half a novel dedicated entirely to one central theme.

And so, as i'm writing this review/critique, I am feeling somewhat satisfied, as if I am content with the ending, but another part of me, deep down in a place I don't like to talk about, that being my creative sub consciousness, that little part of me is saying that the story can and must go on, and I can't help but agree with it. From where you left off in the story, Anon and Trixie are officially together, they have done the dirty deed, the tango for two, Anon used his Cuban Pete to shake Trixie's Maracas to the rumba beat, and have confessed their love to each other, but who's to say that this is where the story of their love ends? There is great potential for a slice of pie/adventure/romance story, I would love to see where Anon and Trixie's romance takes them, as well as Trixie's quest to become the worlds greatest magician, I want to see Trixie struggle with her past, with Anon at her side, to see them go to Ponyville, and have Trixie ask for forgiveness from the Mane Six, I would love to see the political and cultural ramification of Trixie bringing an Extra Dimensional being into Equestria, and see Celestia struggle with either crushing a potential threat, while crushing the heart of one of her ponies, or let Anon stay, consequences be damned. There is so much that can be done with the story, that I don't want to see it end. Too often, good stories, that could be continued, are not, take Fooly Cooly for example, amazing story, could have progressed even farther, into a bigger, and even greater story, but didn't for what ever reason.

Simply put, Show Stopper is a story that must not stop, and must go on, to not continue with the story would be a crime against the story, and while I can't force you to do anything Reaper, but can you do this, consider it, write up a draft of a sequel, and see what you think of it, and then think about it, and when your done, think about it some more.

Anyways, long winded rant/review/critique over, write on, and may your future be as bright and enjoyable as the evenings I had, reading this story, after coming home from a long day of work.

I am not usually one for shameless, obvious, cliche stories that get their initial popularity from the selected fic image.

That said, this was executed beautifully. I'm so glad to have gone against my better judgment and read this anyways. You wrote such good chemistry, delved into dynamic characters (who stayed in character), and kept alive a sense of conflict to keep it going. You never sold out and gave any "romance" earlier than the story arc.

The best part though? You knew where to end it. No ten years of relationship drama and a never-ending fic. This is how a ship fic of it's nature should be written, and you should be proud of yourself.

Easily my first comment complimenting somebody in months.

I finally finished reading it. This was the kind of humanxanthro pony romance that I've been looking for quite awhile. Although most of it is the usual slap-slap-kiss romance, the confession in the end is truly moving and I'm glad they realize how important they are to each other along with downplaying some of their competition. For some reason I think the SpikexTrixie fic I'm reading might end that way too. Another thing that I like is the confession from Trixie that she pretended to be drunk and Anon admitting about what he did with the hat thing and I too thought that was also her test or something she did on purpose. I also like how they were experiencing their first sex together it feels... somewhat realistic.

By the way, thank you for the inclusion of Trixie's tail it kind of bugs me how most of that is nonexistent in these kind of fics and I'm happy that you had Anon using her tail for their advantage in sex, but I kinda didn't understand how can it move if she was laying flat on her back.

I wonder though, if you're going back to other story now or just start a new one.
