Of course to make anything MORE habitable for another creature, it has to become LESS habitable for others, Ponyville has grown in size to the buildings growing in size. I wonder how long it'll take the new dragons to realize their current environmental needs are contrary to a lot of the other creatures around.

At this point, I imagine the former ponies AND the natural born dragons are gonna be bristly around each other, both worried about losing their cultural identity. Both with the new dragons "infecting" the Dragon Lands with their Equestrian ideas, and the new dragon worried the natural born dragons are out to brainwash every"pony" all to act like them!
Also odd that Igna transformed pony kind... and still considered the new dragons "lesser" with disgust. What was the point then?
At the same time, the new dragons have DIFFERENT BIOLOGICAL NEEDS than ponies do!
Not to mention dragon sneeze trees that were harmless to ponies are now suddenly a health hazard!
And Rarity's precious jewels and costumes are basically clothes made out of FOOD.
And Philomena is suddenly surrounded on all sides by HER NATURAL PREDATORS! (I imagine dragons eating fire birds is how the immortal birdies haven't had a population explosion).
And if Ponyville is BIGGER... that means less room for other creatures... that's the natural law and law of basic physics.
And in a century, they're gonna have millions of building sized dragons punching each other out for resources and territory.

I dread to think what Ignia would consider "true dragons" since it seems your average decent dragon is revolted at her.
And what would could have happened that Tirek, the embodiment of evil, would consider Ignia too vile to be partners with?
So Ignia now plans to commit CULTURAL genocide on Equestria to boot.
If she is planning on brainwashing ponies to be HER ideal of dragon kind, (something I doubt 99% of dragon kind would agree with), I hope we get to see inside the ponies' heads as they're brainwashed.
Also, I imagine this is almost a dream come true for the Dragon Town dragons, they don't need to live according to Dragon Land standards, and they can walk through Fillydelphia without anyone looking at them funny.

Spike isn't a baby dragon anymore, just how big is Twilight now? And you think Spike wouldn't care for being carried now.
“Hey!” Spike said.
“Spike! How’s it going?” Shining said kneeling down to see him.
Twilight was carrying Spike on her back, did he fall off and bump his head or just snagged in the hug being pressed into Twilight's spines?
I say this as a fellow writers and a fellow story teller for your self-betterment, sometimes your writing comes across as absent-minded, that you treat actions and characters like they exist in a void from one another when they're not center stage. Remember, everything in your story world connects with everything else.
Does Twilight know the villain can shape change?

I thought this came from starting a race before the gun was fired, which couldnt occur until guns were invented.
In Knight Jousts, the trigger method was one of the fair ladies of court releasing her handkerchief to fall to the floor, which is an extremely strange name given theres neckerchiefs also. really need to look up the reason for the name. Oh, its French. Apparently origionally went over the head like one of those vending machine thin plastic rain wraps that you unfold and place before tyng it in place?
