An excellent story of redemption and acceptance.
This was wonderful, and I love that little picture at the end. I appreciate that not all hanging threads had to get tied nicely with a bow (like AJ's immoral earnings and the fate of the other sirens), it makes the story feel a little more real. I also appreciate that early insinuations of pursuit proved unfounded and the focus remained entirely on the growth of their characters. You really made my heart break for Adagio, and I really came to understand how she felt so unworthy of this life she clearly idolized. And the happy ending fills me with such joy.
This is the sequel we needed. Thank you for it.
this was a lovely story!! i really only read stories for the sapphic sexytimes, but i was so caught up with and spellbound by this fic that i almost didnt even want the sex lol. the original story was begging for a high quality sequel but u really went beyond any expectations here, what a heartfelt and wholesome tale you've made here. and damn, that scene when adagio is slowly leaving, resisting herself helplessly all the while, quietly begging out loud for herself to stop and for someone to save her from doing it.....DAYUM that was good. have u ever played any of the works by ebi-hime? if not then im not gonna even say the title of it, but that scene reminded me of 1 of the most powerful scenes in an ebi-hime visual novel. just great stuff
anyway thanks for writing this sequel, anyone and everyone who read the first story really needed this and got what they needed so much more than expected. always a pleasure to read f/f written by u <3
Goodness gracious, this story was absolutely beautiful to read. I really appreciated both it and its prequel. Came in expecting some silly smut with an unusual pairing at first, and walked out having read one of the best romances I had ever come across.
