Well Spike got more than what he bargained for staying the night. Now he'll be hearing more about Twilight and the girls origins
Spike's got his work cut out for him, but his mom is a monster hunter. If she finds out what he's just been assigned to do will she kill the girls and Spike if it comes down to it? These kinds of things always test one's sense of everything.

I admit, I havent read this yet and I am interested and will take a look, but at first glance, Im wondering if there is some inspiration from the Story Spike's Night Job, where he is a library assistant by day but a superhuman monster hunter at night with Princess Luna as his boss...the desciption of this is giving me shades of it.
