May I ask what was your inspiration for choosing to make Trixie a snake monster?
If I may make a suggestion, if Cadence is in this story I think a good monster form for her would be a succubus, given her role in the show as the princess of love and by being a succubus it can create an interesting situation. What do you think?

To answer your first question, I got the idea to make Trixie a snake monster (I'm going to give her species a name later) from the Snake Baron from the anime "Berserk" and the Naga of Hindu mythology. The Naga are kind and benevolent snake people.

Given that in most stories with monsters they either by way of something like a Full Moon or by instincts have difficulties controlling themselves, will something like that be part of the story?
Also given that it has been stated that monsters eat poeple, may I ask how far down that rabbit hole that idea will go, will some monsters be hunter and hunted?

To answer your second question with no spoilers, there will be complications involving this topic further on in the series. Yes, I'm planning on turning this into a series.
