Yes, and it'd be interesting to speculate what kind of cutie mark that would lead to. Perhaps a set of scales, to represent balance? Or a toolbox, maybe, to represent being equipped for every occasion? It might even be one of those cases where a lack of cutie mark would be justified - if slightly horrific in its implications.
