Well, I'm not sure about you, but those tentacles there look rather... I'm going to stop being vague. The tentacles look like dicks. Very heavily. I'm not a mod, but just as a heads up, I would highly suggest either cropping the art or getting a new one.

Good question. I guess the general theme from what I have seen is that Anon was transformed from a human male into a filly (Usually through magic of some kind). So in this case I'm saying it's rule 63 due to the gender-swap, cause normal anon is generally depicted as male. I'm pretty sure that fits under rule 63, but if not, let me know what you think.

Anon as a character is the template set out by 4chan's Anonymous and inside Equestria. Anon Filly is just Anon as mam as a filly.
Although some things are open to interpretation, Anon is usually, male, green, with a question mark on his face, (hence green filly, sometimes with a question mark cutie mark), in a suit, a goofball, a dick, sarcastic, swears, drinks, isn't a faggot and doesn't want to have sex with Fluttershy. Any and all of these can be flipped, but this is the general idea. Also Femanon is the female version of the character.
You step into the character of Anon and become him, as much as you step into the anonymous character of other second person fics.
You can easily tell if a fic is 4Chan Anon or just a blank. This is def 4chan.

So basically Deadpool then. Sure, not all the descriptions above describe Deadpool perfectly but most of them come close (He would totally want to do it with Fluttershy though given the chance.) The dialog was a little too cheesy for me, although part of it was the line from the cover image. Overall it seemed like Twilight was a little too into the whole thing and too much like anon to really give her raping a good impact.
Anon was pretty good, however.
