Please don't make this too much of a cliché, it started out bad enough with him being sealed in stone. If you want to write a story with this same character and concept at least don't make the Main Chatacter a "displaced" and try to stay away from all the soy boy shit.

Ignoring the 5th grade grammar I'm guessing you've never heard of a thing called tough love, it helps to reinforce a person's welfare by enforcing certain constraints on them at the same time. You also then type about him responding to you like an angsty teen... from what I've read you have no points to go against "Hamster_Master" and you also worded the response sounding like a 6th grade boy who just started listening to Lincoln Park.
To sum all of that up: You need to grow some fucking balls and analyze what's going on in the comments before touching your dorito crusted keyboard.

Except there's a difference between pure negative comments and constructive criticism. You can point everything wrong with the story, but that doesn't mean he or she will improve if you don't explain afterwards on how to improve what is wrong, or offer suggestions, advice, etc. All Hamster did was use a face-palm emoji then proceeded to throw the story into negative groups. I mean, I could do the same to your stories, but will doing so help you improve automatically despite not knowing why its bad?

The story has an okay amount of originality and has potential, but It's far too rushed with too little information about what happened between getting turned to stone and getting displaced.
Two advices.
1. If you don't want to cut chapter one in two pieces to add the missing information, add interludes or special chapter every once in a while to catch up with past events that haven't been explained or weren't mentioned a lot in the story which doesn't mean that you should do that too often or the reader will misunderstand the time flow
2. DON'T RUSH. The goal isn't the ending, but the way is the actual destination. To put it simply, add more detail like personal thought, facial and body movements etc, but most importantly a lot of variation in sentences and adjectives you're using.

good, but never forget one thing. Never give up and eventually, you will be a good writer and don't take offensive comments to serious as most of them probably think that someone has to be born as a writer to allowed to publish stories, which is stupid. Everyone makes mistakes at the beginning, so did I... a lot of them before I learned from them and with the help forms six or seven of my reader, my story good popular after only three months. I think I will give some advice once in a while and who knows? Maybe I see your story featured on the front page one day
