Yeah, we're all adults, and speaking as an adult without any real "triggers", I know quite a few adults who react very negatively to certain imagery, be it presented as pictures, film, or literature. It's not because they're "weak" or "immature", but rather because of things like long-standing trauma or psychological disorders (such as Arachnophobia, in the case of my SO).
It may not be present here - haven't read the piece yet, although given the positive reviews I expect to enjoy it when I actually have time for a decent wank - but content warnings are generally a good thing, and being a dick about them generally isn't.

A Mature tag does not give enough adequate warning. Do you not understand exactly how vague "Mature" is because of how much stuff can fit under that tag? That's not even getting into how many different sexual scenarios and fetishes that exist and can be incredibly uncomfortable or disgusting for a variety of people.
I would not like to sit there, take my time and read through a bunch of words just to have the entire experience be ruined because one character took a dump on another character's chest and relieved themselves all over them. That's disgusting (to me) and what "Trigger" or "This story contains:" exists for. People can avoid that by you just taking a few seconds of being courteous to potential viewers by adding that in the description.
Not only that but if I was someone actual SEARCHING for a specific fetish, scenario, etc you adding that into the description would actually make it easier to find your story and potentially interest me into looking into it.

Heaven's forbid you take an extra three seconds to scroll down and see what groups the story is in. Seriously, do you even know what the original trigger warning was for? It was for war veterans who suffered from severe PTSD where even the slightest bit of stimuli might cause them to freak out and hurt themselves or someone else. While scat is disgusting, it's not going to cause you the reader to suddenly turn around and start strangling another human being. This is the internet. It's not a safe space. You know what you do when you encounter something you don't like? You leave the page and go somewhere else.

You can write an entire story but you can't take two second as a courtesy to write "my story contains mind control" for potential readers.
Thank you for telling me what I already do when I see a story with content I don't like but most authors have the courtesy of putting it in the description so their readers don't feel like they wasted their time by reading something they will hate just by the content while making it easier for others to find
You do realize stories don't always make it into the proper groups and sometimes not immediately? I passed the story over initially and only learned what it contained because it happened to get added to a group I get notifications from.
Am I not seeing the mind control? That's how I knew of this fic's existence, from it being listed in a mind control fic group. Also, while I really dislike the term 'trigger warning', I appreciate being told what a smutfic contains beforehand. Obviously, this just has vanilla sex, so a content list isn't needed.

Well I got the idea from bugs honestly. Like almost every insect on the planet is sexually dimorphist so the females are bigger, sooo in order for a male changeling to attract a mate they do a little dance to "hypnotize" a willing female. if it doesnt work well the male could get hurt.

Now i will agree with you up to a point. But the problem with any type of trigger, be it from PTSD or a phobia (irrational fear for those that dont know) shying away from the trigger makes your symptoms worse. Psychologists expect people to expose themselves to their triggers, otherwise they get drugged up with xanax and never actually fix the problem.

its a form of pseudo hypnosis, thorax used his dance/song/changeling eyes glowing with magic. this combination of things made twilight more receptive to sex, she never gave her verbal consent but gave a bestial type of consent
