It was based on Georgie Porgie, which is only two couplets.

Georgie Porgie, pudding and pie,
Kissed the girls and made them cry,
When the girls came out to play,
Georgie Porgie ran away.

Apparently the third line was changed from girls to boys in the early 1900’s, but I prefer the original. It makes Georgie seem like he only kissed girls to tease them, then pussied out when the girls got over the cootie phase and tried kissing back.
