Were you ignoring all of them? There is a clear time skip between the horizontal bars every time. Luna's ready to pop, so they get pregnant very closely to each other. I outright stated Luna was almost to term, and they found out at the same time because of it.

Conception and confirmation do not occur simultaneously. It normally takes several weeks in order to be certain with even modern medical science, which is certainly not what I have shown here. Celestia is showing a little bit of a bulge, and Luna isn't which means Celestia was impregnated first. That is still irrelevant, because it still takes several weeks to confirm impregnation, as stated, which is exactly what happened.
