Were you ignoring all of them? There is a clear time skip between the horizontal bars every time. Luna's ready to pop, so they get pregnant very closely to each other. I outright stated Luna was almost to term, and they found out at the same time because of it.

Celestia is showing a little bit of a bulge, and Luna isn't which means Celestia was impregnated first. That is still irrelevant, because it still takes several weeks to confirm impregnation, as stated, which is exactly what happened.
