You know that feeling you get, when you finish a really good book? That you don't want it to end, that you want it to go on forever? I sort of get that with this. I want to read infinitely more about this forever. Without getting unnecessarily romantic, you can really feel how much they love each other.

<sigh>

TL;DR: this story gives me afterglow.

So, I'm kinda seeing a third story in this arc, revolving around Shining and Cadance setting Sentry up with Twilight. I mean, who better for Shining to trust with his little sister? Feels a little more Sparta than Thebes, but might still be interesting.

I know so many people would down vote it. But I would love a continuation of this idea with Twilight. Cadence and Shining getting Flash and Twilight together. Cause if he trusts Flash with his life, and his wife. Then I see no reason why he wouldn't want Flash to be part of the family in every sense of the idea.

Love that line.
I like how this story just jumps right into things, as well as all the good feelings coming from the characters. There's real love and affection that just sweetens the deal. I especially like the depiction of Cadence here. Happy openness is my favorite fan interpretation of the Princess of love, encouraging her husband to purse love in all forms while she does the same.
