One year since Big Mac and Pinkie Pie got together, and they have never been more happier. Although some bumps show up along the way such as Big Mac's fear of getting intimate or Pinkie's sister also having a crush on the stallion.
Things don't seem to be going well between Fluttershy and her special somepony.
And Cheerilee has learned to love again, but with someone quite unexpected.

Now that you're doing a sequel to a story I liked, I feel more comfortable with a bit of crriticism, so:
Writing that 'she flirted' or 'felt a bit sad' is too abstract. Try to instead have actions that convey the same, like fluttering her eyelashes or her smile faltering.
The way Pinkie thinks about Mac not wanting to get intimate seems to fit poorly with the parts just before and after it, which seem to say he's merely oblivious. I mean, him just acting the part because he's uncomfortable ma(e sense, but it's not indicated by his actions, like looking strained at Pinkies suggestiveness.
I'm also a little worried about all these plot threads you've set up. TVTropes calls it 'four threads, all waiting' due to how stories tend to slow to a crawl as the author tries to write essentially several stories at the same time, with them all suffering as a result. Any of these prompts would make a good story basis on their own - maud-pinkie-mac, cake drama, lonely cheerilee, and the yet unrevealed problems fluttershy has. And of coursec us readers all have our preferences for what we'd rather read, so it looks like there'll be a lot of waiting for the characters we're interested in to start doing stuff again...
