When alternate universe versions of Lauren Faust and Craig McCracken living the high-tech future of a dying Earth become the victims of a raid by the Ponification for Earth's Rebirth group, their lives will never be the same. Good story so far, but watch out for things like just giving the character traits that others have to work for. Pegasus have to learn to fly and so just giving her knowledge of flight by default is not a good idea. And no saying it's because she's an alicorn doesn't work. Doing that is what gives alicorn characters the reputation for being Mary Sues, which in turn is why so many people have a kneejerk reaction to such characters. I'm interested in seeing where this is going and how you balance out the character to keep the story interesting.

Not bad, but I could've used a few more pronouns. "Gell" barely even looks like a word anymore. On the other hand, the bootstrapped AI and the gryphon's mysterious backers are most intriguing. Good to see that you've injected some more tension into the story now that Craig's life is no longer in immediate peril. I look forward to more.

Gell is an interesting character to say the least. I look forward to learning more about him. Also in the TCB universe I'd hope to go for becoming a gryphon out of anything. Ponies are cool and all, but the gryphons are badass, can fly, and *wriggles fingers* have these babies. Good job.....now I need to work on my fics.

I'm sure you can find another explanation..... but basically the most basic way would be to say that Tara was kidnapped or something so that Celestia could try the first batch of potion WHICH may have erased her memories, followed by Celestia implanting some other memories(or just plain overwrite her old memories) with the help of the memory spell Twilight used in Episode 28.....
and even then it leaves one more logic error..... how did Twilight get her Cutie Mark......
if you say that ALL the Elements of Harmony are ponified and Mindwiped humans, you have to explain the Ashleigh Ball inconsistency where she voices 2 mane ponies.
If you go for the obvious route of Twilight being the only mindwiped Human Pony, then you need to explain the cutie mark inconsistency as those are apparently magical and thus linked to some event (I have ONE way to solve this particular inconsistency but I'd need to know for how long she disappeared off the surface of the Earth......)
