Alois Racine, a suitor to a woman with a horrific dark side, a dark side that he fell victim to: after months of torture and mutilation Alois gave in to madness and sought the death of Justine, the woman who betrayed his love.
Now Alois finds himself in an unknown land full of strange beings, he has no clue why or how he came to this world, but there are several questions on his his mind: can he find an end to his pain? Can he trust these strange creatures? Is he truly free from Justine's influence?

I think I was partially inspired to write this because of this, but I wanted to to a hurt/comfort, HIE thing rather than an adaptation as well as doing my own thing. This chapter was alright...but I guess I'm really only looking forward to him telling the tale of his time with Justine. I'm wondering how aware he was of the twisted machinations he was a part of. He apparently knew that Malo and Basile underwent the same maddening treatment as him or at least were both trapped in the same building with him. The only thing I think you did wrong this chapter is that I cannot under any circumstances believe that Luna would use an abbreviation, ever. Her speech is just too old-fashioned despite her efforts to start shortening words with apostrophes all willy-nilly. Otherwise, a great job. Keep it up!
