I'm interested. Here's a thumbs up. I am worried for Rarity's sanity and if she's gonna do any physical or emotional harm to Flitter. Not to mention how Spike is gonna deal with this.

Well, doesn't take a genius to figure out where this is going. I's weird, 'cause I like the premise, but given that it's already been revealed that Spike and Rarity aren't going to get together and given the Sad and Dark tags, I have a feeling this might go places I'm not too sure about wanting to follow.
I have a feeling this might be Rarity in this fic sooner or later.

Just say that this is Rarity's mind at work, the blue pill is Rarity accepting what is happening and everypony goes off happy, and the red one is Rarity not liking what she sees and resolves to do something about it
I think we all know what is going to happen next, the question is, does Rarity take the freeway or does she take surface streets. (If you don't know my analogy, I pity for you.)
This sounds like it could be one of those darker Vanilla stories. In any case, I'm IMMEDIATELY hooked! Well done!

Well I have mixed feelings so far about the story. I think I've seen a story like this, and it was about fluttershy, big mac and cheerilee but it was a bit more gore filled at the get go.
I do like the characterization of rarity, the only real grip I have is Flitter just seem to be toss in there, I would like a POV of spike or flitter about details on how they got together other then.
"spike ran out had a boner ran into flitter and they just began to date" that how it came cross to me.
Wth that said, It's you story so tell it how you want too. I just think some more details on the Spike and flitter ordeal would be nice. If noting more then flavor text
Hmm. I'm all about letting people ship who they want, but this seems incredibly shallow of Rarity. Spike's had a massive crush on Rarity since he came to Ponyville, but now that he's found somepony different, NOW Rarity starts to have feelings for Spike? And not just feelings, the "murder the other girl"-type feelings. Then again, you have 98 likes to 6 dislikes, so this must be a well-written story regardless.

Because while yes it is a public library it is also a pony's house, plus pony customs can be different than human customs so there is really no way to know what is polite and what is polite but not needed
