More accurately: After an incredibly busy day, the kind and benevolent Princess Celestia just wants to sleep. Apparently, mysterious (and utterly unknowable) cosmic forces (spooky!) are going to visit her with visions regardless.

(Come inside and witness the literary butchery I visit upon a timeless classic. Hopefully the jokes will make you laugh at least once so I can use the distraction to escape.)

Storm Stunner is a pegasus with aspirations to join the Royal Guard: the noble ponies responsible for maintaining the peace and prosperity of Equestria. At least, that's what it says on the cover.

Follow his journey as he joins their gilded ranks, and learns just what life is really like as one of Equestria's finest.

Luna has been home from the moon for six months now. She thought she had most everything figured out, but, when those guards dragged in that large evergreen tree she came to the realization that there is plenty left to learn! Celestia watched as her little sister continued to hide herself with a sigh. Maybe the magic of Hearth warming would help her break through?

Princess Luna, purged of the Nightmare the day before, has officially been welcomed back into power and into the alleged loving embrace of the populace. Though in quite a weakened state from the whole ordeal, she cannot seem to sleep anymore come the evening.

So, she decides to take a walk. She may very well find more than a mere cure for her sleeplessness.

Whenever Luna asked Celestia to build a snowmare with her, they never seemed to have the time.

And then their time together was lost for a thousand years.
