Following the War of the Sun and Moon, a thousand years before Luna's redemption, Cadence lead her supporters north to the Crystal Valley, home of a vast group of Diamond Dogs. Overlooking the approaching horde, Cadence reflects on the past, and rallies her ponies. In the process, she creates a legend that will echo through the coming centuries.

Idea was given from a story on Reddits r/HFY. Story has also changed course and no longer reflects the singular story, but now many from r/HFY.

They say the being in the Everfree is what you really have to be careful of. With an ax and blood lust, many who entered did not leave. Rumor says the beast can jump to incredible heights, is extremely strong, and is very fast.

The Lumberjack has been living here for ten years and he's made a life for himself deep in the forest, away from the natives. He has territory that the predators wouldn't dream of crossing without permission and he has the resources he needs for a simple life. Too bad everything breaks like paper mache around him.

It's been about ten years since Princess Celestia disappeared. Ten years since her disappearance changed Equestria forever. Ten years since nearly everyone became vampires.

But Twilight's not keeping anniversaries. Heck, she can barely remember her own birthday now. But that doesn't matter. She's had more important things to do, such as defending herself from the mindless vampires that attack her every night, and hunting them during the day, where she, as the only one not a vampire, has an advantage. She's killed ponies so often that she regards all the blood as a mild inconvenience. It's just the daily grind.

Or at least, it was until she left Canterlot. Her life there had become unsustainable, and so she took the train that ran through Canterlot to a small town far away on the edge of the Everfree forest- Ponyville.
There, things were different, as she discovered when she collapsed near the edge of the forest. A vampire took care of her, and that was just the start. A sequence of events leads to her making a momentous discovery:

Not all vampires are mindless. The denizens of Ponyville drink blood and sleep during the day, sure, but they're polite, friendly folk who befriend the refugee Twilight. She begins to integrate into the community, and her life seems to be looking up.

Of course, her blood-spattered past will not let her go that easily, and worse than vampires hide in the darkness. Twilight will have one last fight to keep her past from dragging her down and the future from overwhelming her. But she will fight. She has fought since she was a filly. She can win. She can hope.

After all, she is legend.

No story is ever truly whole unto only itself, there are always details and events that go untold. This is one such tale. While searching through the Everfree forest, Twilight Sparkle encounters a musical aquatic trio, but are they really what the claim to be? Not if this unicorn has anything to say on the matter.

For the last 200 years, Equestria has been moulded and formed into the perfect order where there can be no creativity, no imagination, no emotions and nothing outside of perfection, just normalcy. There can be no chaos or disharmony, no madness or malevolence when only order rules but the pristine, perfect world is cracked and rotten at its core.

Twilight Sparkle, a young unicorn studying under the Princess herself will soon discover what Equestria had lost 200 years ago and what lengths she will have to go to bring back that which has been stowed away for centuries.

Because sometimes order is a far more vile thing than chaos could ever be.

Twilight Sparkle has been through quite a lot during the course of her young life. With her friends she has re-discovered an ancient magic, saved the world from Nightmare Moon, and imprisoned the embodiment of Chaos in stone.
However, she cannot help but feel in over her head when she wakes up aboard an alien space station, where strange creatures are running dangerous experiments on her and others in an effort to make living weapons.
That's just the beginning however. She soon finds herself and her people caught up in the middle of an interstellar war over one of the most basic principals of sapient life.
The right to think for yourself.
Just an idea I had, and I'm not even really sure where it's going to go. But I liked it and I thought that it would make a great story. comments would be appreciated, especially those geared towards making me a better writer.

This story is a sequel to The Freeport Venture

Sunset Shimmer has established a good life for herself in Freeport. Sure, the city might be horrendously corrupt, but she makes a very good living as the Freeport's only officially sanctioned unicorn magus.

All that goes down the drain when somepony robs the richest bank in Freeport. And most baffling of all, after the heist the crook went to the poorest part of town and scattered the loot for all of Freeport's poor and deprived citizens. Now Sunset has to find the thief, and figure just why someone would rob from the rich and give to the poor...

Reading The Freeport Venture is not necessary to follow this story's plot, though you'll certainly enjoy it more if you have. Plus you should read the previous story anyway, because I'm quite proud of it.

Facing down a girl twisted by magic and her own ambition sparked Sunset Shimmer to summon the Elements of Harmony. The very same Elements of Harmony that stopped a girl twisted by magic and her own ambition not long ago.

Okay, sure. It's another 'human gets thrown into Equestria as an existing character' story. Still, that doesn't mean 'Chrysalis' has any idea what to do. She doesn't remember everything from her past life, but she is pretty sure she was once a human from Earth.

She wakes up to see Starlight Glimmer, the one who lead the small team to destroy her throne, holding out a hoof. The unicorn is offering a chance for Chrysalis to lead the changelings properly. Logically, she should take that offer. The future of not accepting friendship yields an end written in stone.

But there's always a choice.

The idea of what would happen if Chrysalis hadn't been so gung-ho on revenge at the end of the Season 6 finale wouldn't leave me alone. In real life, I don't deal in what-ifs. In fiction, I'm a bit more open to the prospect.
Quick warning: There is an attempt at suicide and bodily harm in the first chapter. Just thought I'd point that out so you'd be prepared.
