Well, I think I've finally figured out what I need to do, so expect a bunch of new chapters soon! However, fair warning: The new chapters are there to fulfill the deficiencies of my previous ones, so they will be in some weird places, which will require a little bit of rereading.

In an effort to minimize your confusion, I will post in a future blog post where the new chapters are going to be. Be warned, however, that my next update will be of mega proportions!

Well, I've been talking with my editor, and we both agree that there is a bit of a problem with The Nautilus Protocol. I'm still working on it, don't get me wrong, but until I figure out the problem, this story is going to go on hold.

I may go back and rewrite some of the more recent chapters, but for now, I'm putting this story on hold until I'm able to figure the problem out.

Its the one with all the bombshells in it, and if I'm going to get hit with the rage of all of my readers, I want to make sure it's good and ready.

So, I just realized that I was using the name of someone else's OC in this story, so I changed his name to something else. The character in question is Captain Steel Song, and he originally appeared in Viking ZX's The Dusk Guard. I sincerely apologize to him for accidentally ripping him off, and I hope you guys can forgive me as well.

Just so you guys know, I've completed my next chapter for The Nautilus Protocol. It is currently being reviewed by my prereader, so you're going to have to wait just a little bit longer before you get to see it.

On a side note, I'm going to be finishing the last few chapters of What I've Become soon. That doesn't mean that that story is finished by a long shot, it just means that that particular arc is finished, and I'll be writing a sequel real soon. Keep an eye out for it!

So, I've been talking with Pio286 and I made an edit to the latest chapter of The Nautilus Protocol. I removed the three hour time limit I had put before the arrival of the Dridune fleet.
Once I took the time to think about it, having a time limit really limited(hah) me on how I could continue the story. It also limited how much character interaction I could pack into the story before the fleet arrived.
