    Xlibris

Hey, you guys ever hear of Xlibris? I've got an offer from them to publish my book, but I'm getting some shady vibes from some of the reviews I've read about them. Any thoughts?

    Amazon's changing it's print costs.

So, as of June 20th, Amazon will be changing its print costs. Specifically, everything is going to be a bit more expensive. If you were on the fence for buying a physical copy of my books, now's the time to change your mind, seeing as how the price is going to increase in a couple of months. Thought I'd give you all the heads up.

    What I Am: Aftermath chapter.

Hey, guys, I'm writing a conclusion chapter for What I Am. Nothing too substantial, given that a sequel and spin off already exist, but I thought I'd put it down as both a way to let those that don't exactly follow me (or, at the very least, don't follow my blog) know that the second book is out, and also know that A Darkened Sky is about to get a whole lot of chapters.

    Fool's Gambit.

Man, did you ever go back and just... cringe at what you did before? That happened to me with Fool's Gambit. The story has plenty of potential, that's not the problem. My problem is with how it's written. The prose is off, there are numerous errors, and I feel like the whole thing is rushed. Like, that first part could have easily been 4-5 chapters longer, and it would have been better for

Hello. I'm not dead, and niether are any of my stories. · 3:53am Feb 24th, 2016

Hey, guys, sorry for the drought in new chapters, especially for What I've Done and A Hiss in the Dark. I know a lot of you have been looking forward towards my new chapters for those stories, but I have a reason for my lameness.

Namely that I've been experiencing a writer's block so dense, it has its own planets orbiting it.

But not to worry! While I was staring frustrated at the blank page, I decided to try something different! I instead opened another document, one that I hadn't touched in months, and read through it. Before I knew it, I had written a whole new chapter for it!

It still needs to go through the editing process, but long story short, the next chapter for The Nautilus Protocol is finished! It's a little bit of a smaller chapter, but it has quite a few important details to the plot, not to mention that the one I'm planning for next is quite the doozy!

Anyway, I need to get to work soon, so hopefully my editor can get on that new chapter before the end of the week. Talk to you later!

Speaking of hiss in the dark, I'm re reading echo the diamond dog and while I love that story I have to agree that the chess game needed to be more important in the chess game of the gods universe. It's a super cool concept but it seems like most of those writers didnt do much with the idea.

Namely that I've been experiencing a writer's block so dense, it has it's own planets orbiting it.

Well, you're able to write such witty imagery as this, so hopefully you've managed to fire off a stellar lance against it.

No worries. Fretting over update times only makes blocks worse- Where time increases the subconscious 'need' to make the chapter even better to 'make up' for the time spent waiting for it. It's a viscous cycle.

Thank god, been waiting for a new chapter on this for so long!

Indeed... Those words inspired the mental image of a gigantic Borg cube. Thankfully the collective of Block has not succeeded in assimilating Knight Breeze. Nobody really wants all those tubes and wires sticking out of their face anyway. :pinkiecrazy:
