Miko(A.K.A. Neko) is visiting her friend May Trotter for a week, during the summer-break.

Once Miko arrives, she is further acquainting with Twilight Sparkle, one of the Pony residents of Twilight Town.

Soon, she realizes that her original plans for the summer had been drastically altered; as Twilight had signed them up for the Star Fleet Academy. A unique experience, she could not have prepared for.

How will she and her friends fair, at the Academy? What new and unexpected experiences will she be sharing with new Old and New friends?.

This is my second foray into an MLP Star Trek crossover. And this time It's a three way crossover with transformers. More specifically, transformers Prime...With a few changes.

Against my better judgement, I am giving the rating bar ONE more chance since this isn't a Sparkling Harmony Story. I swear to god if this story gets a dislike before it's possible for ANYONE to read the first chapter I'm gonna disable the rating bar and curse all the trolls into oblivion. They all can go right to hell and STAY there.

Added Profanity tag because unlike my previous works, I'm not gonna hold back the use of words like hell and ass.

Won't be swearing every five seconds, but it also won't be nonexistent.

The Enterprise is sent to investigate a bunch of mysterious signals that ripple from deep within an unexplored area of the Gamma Quadrant. In their investigations, they come across a strange creature—a small white unicorn with an adventurous spirit. Lost in space, she just wants to go home, and the mysterious signals are her best lead.

However, unexplored space is always filled with strange new worlds, vast mysteries... and dangers the likes of which no one can be prepared for.

While protecting Earth from the Borg, the Enterprise inadvertently fires a blast that teleports both the crew and the Borg Sphere into orbit around Equus. Neither side, nor the citizens of Equestria know what is going on. What will happen?

Investigating primitive radio transmissions detected on a long-range Federation listening post, the Enterprise investigates a planet far in the unexplored border space of the Alpha Quadrant. There, they discover a primitive planet just starting its industrial revolution--a planet complete with extensive lunar colonization and in the process of launching its first warp-capable ship.

The failure of the alien ship initiates first contact--with a race of adorable talking horses. A first contact with some unique diplomatic idiosyncrasies--and hints of a more sinister plot behind the warp-vessel's destruction.

A series of ancient files, from an almost forgotten spacefaring age, are found. The files follow 8 ponies in 4 different timelines. They try to solve whatever come their way, from a disease to an invasion.

I might do a sequel to this. Dunno, depends on many factors.

Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle, one a student of Celestia, the other just getting started, are yanked from their homes by a mysterious magical mirror. Now trapped on Earth, their lives forever altered, they do their best to cope. To learn. To join Starfleet, and, someday, to return to the home they lost.
