Midnight Sparkle has destroyed everything, leaving her and Discord.

But now that she's consumed all of existence, what's left?

Upon being discovered that Twilight Sparkle of Crystal Prep had been unwillingly harvesting magic from the Rainbooms at Canterlot High, the rest of her peers at Crystal Prep decided to seize the opportunity and make her unleash all of that gathered magic against their opponents.

However, magic is an untamable oddity, and when she released it all against the Canterlot High Wondercolts, Twilight became consumed by it and changed drastically.

In more ways than one...

"Y'know, people don't expect much out ofa bayou boy like me. Yet I was born 'le diable blanc', 'The White Devil' and was raised by the Thieves Guild of New Orleans. I fell in love wit', and almost married de daughter of de opposing guild. And I found I can manipulate tings as long as I touch 'em first; move 'em around, make 'em blow up, whatever.

Remy "Gambit" Lebeau in Equestria. Everyone is anthro. Gambit will have a harem, of which will be all villainesses, villains turned female and every possible evil version of characters (such as Daybreaker, Midnight Sparkle and the creepypasta ponies). And Gambit will have his mutant powers, all while being an Earth Pony.

Twilight keeps having nightmares about Midnight, but can she overcome them with the help of her friends, or will she fall under the power and control of her dark side instead?

Note: This takes place slightly after the events of the "Legend of the Everfree" Movie.

Midnight Sparkle demands Princess Luna's help lest she invade Equestria. Princess Luna, unfortunately, has some bad news for Midnight Sparkle that is completely outside of her control. In return Midnight Sparkle has bad news for Princess Luna... Bad news for everyone!

Midnight Sparkle, once a figment of Twilight's imagination and her own personal demon, is now a normal human girl. And the latest member of the Sparkle family. Plagued by guilt and shame over her previous actions, insecurity at her origins as a part of another's mind, and uncertain over her place in the world, Midnight will have a long road ahead of her. But, with the love of family and friends, her sister Twilight, and even that of the Princesses across the mirror, perhaps she can find a place of normalcy, happiness, and acceptance in this strange new world.

There exists a desolate land where nothing survives for long on the surface. Life can only exist below the surface, where thousands of years ago, creatures known as procubi have created thriving civilizations. Those with horns lead those without; those with wings guard and fight for those without; those without either serve those with; and all are under the command of those with both.

Four matriarchs lead the Femescubi, creatures of beauty, grace, and machinations. One patriarch leads the Mascubi, creatures of strength, power, and wit. Conflict had driven the two apart long ago, yet they still convene together regularly before returning to their respective abodes. As a thank you, and upon seeing the potential in her, Twilight Sparkle has invited Sunset Shimmer to be a part of her team. Sunset has absolutely no idea what she's doing and she does not feel like she belongs; Whether if its from her regrets of trying to pursue power desperately and being corrupted by it, or her immense failure as Celestia's first pupil, or even her general inexperience with friendship, Sunset Shimmer has been humbled into nothingness, and has to rebuild her life from scratch.
And most complicated of all, Sunset Shimmer is now in love with Twilight Sparkle, the girl that changed her life for the better, and saved her from herself. She will keep these feelings extremely close to the chest; but her heart is on her sleeve now.

Can Sunset Shimmer improve? Can she be worthy and deserving of the friends that were imposed upon her? Could she possibly ever deserve to be side by side with a princess? Can she earn Twilight Sparkle's love?

Can she belong? Or is all of this temporary... And eventually she will have to move on, to anywhere more fitting of her insignificance? Are things destined to go wrong around her?
