Spike really should have known better than to let his curiosity get the better of him. It’s too bad it just happened to be Starlight's diary that he peeked into. Embarrassment soon followed the little ‘baby’ dragon as punishment.

After several years spent amongst the dragons, Spike returns to Canterlot to take an entry exam at Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Individuals. His old friend is there to witness it, and she is not too happy with what she sees.

When pranks are the name of the game, sometimes, you gotta take a break from it all, especially when you're reformed and no longer considered the "bad" guy. But, you'll always be considered the "weird" guy, and for Discord, the makings of a potentially huge prank are always best done with a splash of boredom.

However, things tend to take a turn for the worst if you don't know what you're doing, or don't take into account everyone that could be involved...

Six months had passed since Spike had vanished during Twilight's ascension. Six months of frantic searching, worry, and finally grief for the Mane 6 and princesses

That is, until a strange object lands during Twilight and Tirek's battle, carrying the lost drake back home...with a few changes and one heck of a story.

Fluttershy had read every book there was on motherhood. She read every pamphlet and brochure she could get her hooves on. She was ready... or so she thought.

Neither she nor Spike could have ever prepared for the curveball life decided to throw them and they looked everywhere for help in figuring out what to do.

But maybe they already had everything they needed all along?

Spike is only a baby dragon. Everypony in town knows that. However, Rarity has been doing some research into dragons, and she's begun to wonder how it is that Spike, nearly nineteen years old, is still stuck in the body of a toddler. Twilight shares her concerns, and along with their friends, they set out to make Spike grow up a little more. Unfortunately, nothing is ever so simple, particularly not in Ponyville, and a whole flotilla of ships sets sail on a course for total disaster.
