The Conversion Bureau genre was created on March 23rd, 2011. I chose to celebrate the anniversary of the humble origins of one of the most potent and unique of all MLP:FIM subgenres of fanfiction through the invention of completely original, shockingly new visions of the central concept.

Newfoal reporter 'Frontpage' has always yearned for the ultimate scoop. A last minute assignment for the centennial of Zero Point - the last moment of the doomed earth - leads not only to the biggest story of his career, but the greatest secrets of Equestria... and far, far beyond.

This is a partial sequel to HUMAN In Equestria, but knowledge of that story is not required to enjoy it. This is the final Conversion Bureau novel.

It is Year Five, and Dr. Calloway Kotani is stuck in evacuated Peru. The Barrier moves relentlessly inland at 14 kilometers per day. It never stops. It never slows down. No Potion. No rescue. South America is 4353 kilometers wide. Run, Dr. Kotani. Run for your life.

A noble earth-pony family, fallen somewhat on hard times, is killed in a mining accident. They leave behind a single male heir, who is in sore need of a guardian, and of protection. Celestia takes the young pony under her wing and delivers him not to ponies - not earth, unicorn or pegasus - but to a dragon, an ambassador, an old friend of hers.

Playing a game which may just be deadly to the uninformed, the dragon decides that the one path open to him to ensure the safety of his charge and to carry out his sworn duty, is to adopt.

Lord Sapphire lays dead and Tacksworn is in ruins, but Chiphoof Irontail has come home to his adoptive father, Sharptooth the dragon. Amidst the destruction and chaos, the community and the circles of friendship within must rise again to face an uncertain future. The young scion of the Diamond Expanse Clan must now face his greatest threat as the forces of war build to a crescendo. With his friends by his side, together they will uncover forbidden mysteries and face off against ancient powers that have lain dormant for centuries.

After the end of the Earth, a group of Newfoals form a society to fight back against their forced ponifications. Working against their new pony brains, they seek to bring Celestia herself to heel and force justice for the slights they feel they have endured. Soon their organization grows beyond their imagination, and Equestria is changed forever.

Chang'e has a nanotitanium-carbon spine and a quantum chipset for brains. Her fur and organs are vat-grown engineered flesh. She is an artificial cat, existing in the age of the Conversion Bureaus. The ponies are here, the world is ending, and the humans that made her kind are escaping to another universe where sentient machines cannot go. What then of Man's electric children, the Artificial Intelligences of the doomed earth?

This novel is a companion work to CODE: Majeste and other books as well.

After finding her assistant missing again during her court duties, Twilight finds Spike with none other then Fluttershy and learns that the two have been a couple for a while. After overcoming her shock, she is told the story of how the two, unexpectedly, found comfort in each others embrace...

Pinkie doesn't tell ponies about Pinkamena and Surprise. The doctors said that they were bad for her, that they were a disease, but she disagrees. Sure, Pinkamena's a bit of a grumpy-pants, but she's still a great friend! She's often the voice of reason to counter-act some of the other two's crazier ideas, after all. Surprise, on the other hand, is a great prank-player, and always up for some fun. She's more like Pinkie, only more hyper. Both are great fun to be around, and they get on well.

Thing is, she knows that if she told ponies about them, then they would be dragged back to the hospital. And then be 'treated' again. None of them want that. Because of this, not even her best not-in-head friends know about them. The three of them have, for years now, been careful enough to keep the existence of Pinkamena and Surprise secret.

This has, of course, gone out the window now that Twilight is hammering on the door after overhearing one third of a conversation, with no sign of anyone else talking.

Hints of F/F shipping inside. Nothing will actually come of it here, though. Maybe in a future story.

Upon arriving home from a trip, Twilight is shocked to find her teenaged little brother Spike kissing Rumble, a male pegasus. Spike has no choice but tell Twilight a secret that she herself never saw coming.

He's gay.
