Luna has been banished to the moon by her sister. After 1000 years in isolation, the poor alicorn is truly sorry for what she did and is ready to come home. But when a strange visitor befriends Luna in her isolation, the two find their stories of banishment to the moon merit many similarities. Luna's new friend offers her the key to her escape, but also rekindles the hatred in her heart, a hatred that took the mare 1000 years to forget.

In this world, there exist ponies with special abilities to manipulate objects and transform one object into another. These ponies are known as alchemists. However, the process comes with a cost; the basic law of alchemy states that in order to gain something, you must sacrifice something of equal value.

Twilight Sparkle is one such alchemist, her talents renowned across the land. In an accident several years ago, she nearly lost her older brother, Shining Armor, due to a transmutation gone horribly wrong. Twilight's quick thinking allowed her to contain her brother's soul in his suit of armor, but only by paying a great price in exchange.

Now, to get back what they've lost, the siblings embark on a journey to find the elusive Alicorn Amulet, which is fabled to enhance the powers of alchemy...and bypass the Law of Equivalent Exchange.

Pokemon trainers Brendan and May are still traveling around the region. Although not exactly a couple, they have been mistaken for a couple sometimes. During their journey, they arrive to a place called Canterlot High. Where they will start a Pokemon couple tournament, where a boy and a girl must become a duo, and fight double battles. Brendan and May both decided to enter, and perhaps find love there.

Sci-twi will be called Twilight here, and has the same design as pony Twilight, except with slightly different clothing. Pokemon crossover, mostly with ORAS.
