only the first few chapters are sad it gets more slice of lice as the story moves along
Great story, but I think you need to go over it and read it I as a writer that's always the worst part but still it does help you catch mistakes.
Also why doesn't Trixie eat the grass in the everfree.

Grass only has so much nutrition in it even for ponies so she has had to foridge for other foods as well to keep up her strength

its gone unsaid so far in the story but she has been in the everfree for about three weeks so she would have to constantly keep moving to avoid all of the dangerous creatures that call it home so she would be very worn out and starving it will all be explained in about two-three chapters

and Trixie has been eating the grass as well but she needs nutrients from other sources sine just grass wouldn't give her much and she is stuck in the everfree were she would need all the energy she could get to survive
