If you ever met Sunstone when he was but a young colt, you would’ve seen a large grin, two purple eyes full of determination, and an earth pony who could take on the world.

But something happened over the years. As Sunstone grew older, more and more did his cheerful smile morph into an ugly scowl. His enthusiastic attitude gradually capsized, leaving in its stead a disgruntled husk of his former self.

Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle: Two gifted unicorns that would quickly undermine everything Sunstone has been hoping to achieve, unintentionally turning him into the underdog he never wished to be. Resentment overtaking his better judgement, feeling doomed to be living forever in the shadow of his immensely successful brother and sister, Sunstone has had a lifetime of feeling thoroughly unremarkable.

Unable to bear his inability to stand out amongst his younger siblings, Sunstone vowed to never see his family again. It’s been five years since he departed on a journey to finally understand his true place in Equestria.

Not once has he looked back at the life he left behind.

AppleBloom, SweetieBelle, and Scootaloo embark on an exciting journey to Sweet Apple Acres to celebrate pre pre Hallow's Eve. The path is long and straightforward, though winding, and has a big beautiful green field on the right of it, but on the left is GallopingThickets, a forest none of them have ever been to before. That’s sure to change on this mysterious adventure.

So yeah, Gallus was happy enough he supposed. Had a great boyfriend, and actual friends. Life was good.

...except for ongoing debates on if being gay should be allowed. Stallions were a precious thing, and well mares outnumbered them ten to one. So what did that make a stallion wanting to date another guy? Gallus, faced with the potential ending of his relationship, worries and then he speaks out. Loudly, in fact.

Time travel has made the Edge of Time a dangerous place.

To protect the Edge of Time from devastation, the Aeon Legion seeks the greatest soldiers and warriors from across history. Those they deem worthy gain a chance to compete in the toughest training program ever designed at Aevum Academy.

Terra Mason does not know when to quit. Though consistently at the bottom of her class in every subject at Aevum, she managed to graduate with the best of the best. Though she is among the least experienced legionnaires, she has already faced down multiple temporal criminals, including the murderer of a Legendary Blade, and survived. Now, she continues her path to join the ranks of the other squires of Alya Silverwind as the greatest heroes of all Time.

Kairos has sworn to kill those who have used time travel for selfish purposes, acting as judge, jury, and executioner. The Legendary Blades are her main focus, yet her next target is Starlight Glimmer.

And Sunset Shimmer just happens to find this familiar.

Crosses over primarily with Aeon Legion: Labyrinth by J.P. Beaubien (aka the guy from Terrible Writing Advice), but appearances from other time travel-related series are not off the table (anything from The Time Machine by H.G. Wells to Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and even Rip Van Winkle)

I think this is the first Aeon Legion fanfic on the internet, which by default makes it the best. If you don't like that fact, then go read Aeon Legion: Labyrinth yourself and outdo me, but please, give me a link.

Like many other timelines, the Sonic Rainboom fails to occur. But, Harmony is tenacious. Even without what seems to be a key event, it will have it's bearers. Just perhaps taking a long, winding shortcut around to reach them.

After years spent as a statue in the garden of Princess Twilight Sparkle, Cozy Glow is rescued by a mysterious unicorn calling herself Sunset Shimmer, who intended to take her back to the mirror realm for rehabilitation. But something went wrong with the portal and they instead ended up in the realm of Everglow. A realm much like Equestria, but where ponykind has still to unite under one banner.

Making their home in the Unicorn Kingdom of Taralos, Sunset meets and befriends the griffin Silverwing while Cozy makes a friend in the royal court, the mysterious intelligence operative Cipher who, like Cozy, hides a dark secret.

When the horn of the son of the reigning monarch is stolen before his coronation, Cozy vows to find it in order to increase her standing with the royal family. The first step of her plan to one day take over as the reigning monarch, to rule Taralos as the Empress of Friendship. Will Cozy succeed in her ambitions? Or will Sunset's influence be enough to make her become the hero Taralos needs?

Inspired by the To Found an Empire Ponyfinder adventure path by David Silver for Pathfinder.

When Fluttershy doesn't come to the yearly cider tasting at Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack goes to her cottage to investigate, only to discover that Fluttershy's absence is connected to a mysterious transformation that has left her struggling with a dark and insatiable hunger.

In an alternate universe: Dusk Shine is sick of being treated differently from his friends for being a stallion. What if he were to swap places with the only pony in the known universe who knew what it felt like to be in his hooves?

This is less of a Rule 63 centered story and more of a slightly serious but-also-not-at-all TwiDash shipping story. Not your favorite ship? You're wrong. TwiDash is the best ship. And I will take that to my grave, thank-you-very-much.

Twilight Sparkle is one of the most powerful Unicorns in Equestrian history. But how would the events of the show change if Twilight, the Element of Magic, was never a Unicorn? Would she still be able to wield the element? Would she still make the same friends? Would she even be Celestia's student at all?
