Once upon a time, Princess Celestia meant the world to her young protégée, Sunset Shimmer. In many ways, she was the world to the unicorn filly.

Now, the relationship between mentor and student has become deeply strained. Some weeks ago, the two suffered a major spat. As the rift between them grows and emotions churn inside Sunset, she begins to wonder exactly who she is in the eyes of the age-old alicorn who controls the sun.

And as Celestia prepares to leave for a diplomatic errand, she finds herself confronted by her volatile pupil -- and, put on the spot, must find a way to bridge the gap before it's too late.

Ignores the depiction of events in the comic The Fall of Sunset Shimmer. While the story works as a standalone prequel to canon G4 animated media, it is also canon with my ongoing longform story Together from Canterlot to Canterlot, as well as, separately, my alternate universe setting established by What My Destiny is Telling Me. (Despite the name, it is not directly related to my story Late-Night Conversations.)

Princess Celestia tires of constantly being surrounded by decorum, deference, and formality, and decides to take a day off from being Princess. But visiting Ponyville incognito is harder than she expects. Will she be able to fit in and make friends without blowing her cover?

No one can deny an old fashioned superhero team-up, especially when that team-up involves another helping of the Power Ponies!

Taking place after the second My Little Pony movie, Rainbow Rocks, and the new Disney film, Big Hero 6, we find Twilight testing out a new spell, a way to travel to other dimensions. It works, only for one of Spike's comic books to get in the way, causing an upset in the spell's process, leading the portal to suck in Spike, his comics, and the Mane 6, sending them to an unknown destination.

They awaken, only to find themselves as the Power Ponies once more, and in an unusual city by the name of San Fransokyo. To make matters worse, the mishap with the spell, fused with the comics, unleashed the Mane-iac, more powerful than she ever was, and even backed up by her own private army of dopplegangers! Now, the Power Ponies must team up with the super hero team of that world, or risk darkness falling upon the city forever.

This thrilling three-chapter crossover adventure brings two times the hero, featuring the return of the Power Ponies! Let the adventure begin!

For many ponies, this event promises to be the best night ever! Follow the stories of a collection of “couples” and how the dream night plays out. For some, there will be joy. For others, there will be disappointment. For you, dear readers, there will be laughs.

A comical collaboration project between Level Dasher and myself, spawned from the Random Shipfic Game (and took us way too long to complete). Takes place at the gala after “The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows” and before the end of season five, whenever that may have been (We started this YEARS ago—a bunch of the new canon altered the story a bit).
