Here, the regulars all know her as Sunny Skies, the unassuming workaholic mare who hasn't taken a day off in... ever. Well, today's her lucky day. Sunny's about to have one apocalyptically long holiday.

Luna's become delirious with a fever, Discord's fled the castle in terror, there's a living moon locked in Celestia's dining room, and something is very, very wrong with Equestria's sugar.

Put on a pot of coffee, folks. We've got an all-nighter on our hooves.

Solace, the King and ruler of Equestria, had lived peacefully with his brother Discord, and his two young fillies Celestia and Luna. However, after a war was declared by the dragons, Equestria became a ravaged battlefield, and Canterlot was Ground Zero. Fighting a losing battle at Discord's castle in the Everfree forest, King Solace had left his two fillies with his brother to save the ponies he was sworn to protect. Through a forbidden spell to annihilate the dragons, the original ruler of Equestria had not instead found himself dead, but now in the present.

Now Solace must fit in with the new residents of Ponyville and Canterlot, all while at an attempt to see his two young fillies grown up, and to stop his brother, who sold his soul as an alicorn to become a monster, bent on taking his rightful place on the throne.

Years have passed since Octavia Philharmonica and Vinyl Scratch first met on the platforms of Canterlot Station. In the short time that they spent together, they became the best of friends. Then they separated, both of them returning to their homes, meeting one another with less and less frequency as time went on. Within a few years, they had only memories of each other, impressions of the fillies that they used to be.

And then they met again, in the hallways of the Canterlot Conservatory.

Rainbow Dash has never mentioned a brother -- and for good reason: Stormdrift is a shy, cheerless stallion known best for living in his Wonderbolt sister's shadow. After being forced to move from Cloudsdale, Stormdrift refuses most social contact -- until Pinkie Pie forces herself into his life, intent on cheering up the stallion the best way she knows. However, when Pinkie learns that parties and mounds of sugar cannot soothe every tear, she dedicates herself to learning what true joy really is -- but the answers she finds are not at all what she expected.

Not much was known about Rainbow Dash's family life, until one day, her brothers decided to pay her a visit.

Semper Pie is one of Equestria's most honored and decorated soldiers. Protector of the innocent, hero of countless battles, champion of all ponykind. Even Shining Armor, ex-Captain of the Royal Guard, and Prince Consort to the Crystal Princess, looks up to this great stallion. Truly one of the best and greatest ponies to have ever served under the Royal Sister's banner.

Still, where did he come from? Where was he born? What has he done? Does he have any family? Why would he suddenly want to come to Ponyville?

And why, for the love of Celestia, does he specifically want to meet with the Element of Laughter herself?

Every Cutie Mark is the symbol of what makes a pony special. Brawler's Cutie Mark is a pair of Boxing gloves, representing hoof to hoof combat. Nopony's ever beaten him in a fair fight. Unfortunately this worries the ponies around him and after a rather complicated incident he is thrown in a dungeon. Years pass, and Brawler is freed when the enchantments on his cell are drained by Tirek. What will Brawler do with his new found freedom?
