The Riddler has gone into hiding somewhere in Canterlot City, working on some type of new technology that could be dangerous in the wrong hands. The Dark Knight: Batman, has traveled to Canterlot City to stop Riddler before he has the chance to use this tech for his own gain.

Things are made complicated when Princess Twilight comes through the portal to visit Sunset Shimmer and her friends for the weekend. The involvement of these High Schoolers makes the situation a whole lot worse.

Batman, against his better judgement, must work with The Equestria Girls to stop Riddler and save not only Canterlot City, but Gotham as well. But that may be difficult since Vengeance and Friendship don’t exactly make a good combination.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders are dead or, rather, they should be but fate has other ideas. Instead, they find themselves at a school full of monsters, from a mummy to a girl with snakes for hair to Sweetie's biggest fear, an oversized cat.

With "Make Your Mark, Chapter 2" now on Netflix, it's time for another look back at G4 and a chance to see how things could've been different there. It's once again time for that series which dares to ask and seeks to answer that fateful question "What if that episode had been written differently?"

Just ten episodes are on tap for this volume, but they include some redoes, as well as a reworking of a Season 8 episode due to previous rewrites. Episodes from Seasons 1-3, and 6-8 are being rewritten here.

Yet again, the same old disclaimer applies, the episodes rewritten are based on my personal opinion so please respect it. Don't get offended if an episode you liked is on the list here, or an episode you didn't like isn't on this list. I'll gladly respect your opinions if you respect mine.

One day, on 379th Acorn Avenue, Sunset Shimmer, the Daughter of her mother Solar Eclipse is preparing breakfast for herself when she finds a mysterious letter, she is then jumping for joy when she finds out that it's an acceptance letter to Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. Her mother was excited and proud of her daughter. After saying farewell to her mother, she heads off to Diagon Alley. After getting supplies from Diagon Alley, she gets help by three sisters to get to Platform nine and three quarters in order to get to the Hogwarts Express. Once she gets to Hogwarts, she encounters the three sisters again named, Adagio, Aria, and Sonata. Even though Adagio and Sonata are pretty neutral and friendly, Aria appears to be the meanest of the three, as she would antagonize her own sisters as much as other students.

As all students were then escorted to the great hall, each student is called so the sorting hat can place each student into their proper house. When Sunset Shimmer is called up, the sorting hat puts her into Slytherin due to her calm nature and eagerness to learn. She also makes friends with others along the way.

If studying many spells or dealing with bullies was bad enough, there appears to be a dark force that is after a relic known as a spectrometer, a device that can absorb magic out of a person's body. Can Sunset and her new friends stop this evil as well as complete their studies?
