When Trixie is sent to a nunnery in the Equestrian countryside, she must give up what she is accustomed to and live a simpler existence among the sisters. However, everything is not as it seems. Secrets are revealed and hidden desires are made known as events play out that will change two ponies lives' forever.

Set in an Alternate Universe before Season One.

Twilight Sparkle, waking one morning from uneasy dreams, discovers, accidentally, that she can transcend time. What follows is her misadventures as she stumbles through different time periods and at least one alternate universe. At least she'll have company...

Trixie has returned to the only life she hasn't failed at, rock farming. When her old rival comes to help her make amends, she's thrust into an adventure she doesn't want to be on, but it may be what she needs to reclaim her confidence as the Great and Powerful Trixie she once was.

A strange creature has appeared in The Frozen North. Princess Twilight has been dispatched to deal with it, but Princess Luna has also sent along some help. Unfortunately, Twilight doesn't consider Princess Luna's choice to be the best possible one.
But Twilight is going to need all the help she can get when she comes face to face with a creature of legends and myths. Something so powerful that even Starswirl feared it, and something so dangerous that even the Princesses are wary to challenge it.
Can a newly minted Princess and a shamed show pony manage to defeat this creature? If not, then all of Equestria will be in danger.

Trixie returns to Ponyville, hat in hooves, to beg Twilight for the secret of her incredible power. She is more than a little surprised by what she learns.

During her studies in the Canterlot archives, Twilight Sparkle makes a startling discovery - Star Swirl the Bearded, the most famous unicorn in Equestrian history, had a son! Tracing the family line down the centuries, Twilight is ecstatic to discover a direct descendant of Star Swirl is still living today. She sets out to meet this "Beatrix Lulamoon", who surely is a great and powerful unicorn worthy of her heritage with a wealth of ancestral knowledge to share... isn't she?

Days after Tirek's near-takeover of Equestria, The Great And Powerful Trixie travels to Ponyville, intent on settling her rivalry with Twilight Sparkle once and for all. No trinkets to fudge her abilities, no megalomania to apologize for -- just pure and simple magician's honor!

Upon her arrival, however, she quickly learns that the information she has on Ponyville -- and Twilight -- is more than a little dated.

Trixie has wings and a horn, but she isn't a princess yet. With Equestria's political situation fragile following the events of Tirek's attack and subsequent defeat, she has to hide her status from everypony. At the same time she has to learn how to control these new powers and try to earn the respect she desires.

Of course this would all be easier if there wasn't someone working against her from the shadows.

You don't need to read The Unchosen One before you read this, but since this is a direct sequel it would be good so you know how and why Trixie got those wings. It would also be good to have seen the ending of season 4. If you haven't yet, don't read the bit above where I mention Tirek. Don't read that last sentence either.

Things haven’t exactly gone well for Trixie. Ever since the Alicorn Amulet incident she has seen her own fortunes shrink while Twilight's continues to soar. Now Twilight is an Alicorn and Trixie feels left behind. But Trixie has a plan; one Discord is all too willing to aid her in. For a price.
