A rewrite of Make Friends, or Die! by Sam Polson (which has since been taken down). I liked the premise, but Sam's English was spotty and Google Translate didn't help him much. Starts going in its own direction fairly quickly.

Daniel Harquail has seen some odd cases in his many years of policing in the streets of his quaint hometown. All kinds of crazies come out when the moon is full, and his fateful meeting with the night Princess, Luna, is no exception.
Thrown from her world into his, struggling to cope with a new body, and a snide and dry detective that is determined to pin a crime to her.
Will he ever back off? Will he wrongly accuse her of a horrendous crime? Or will she commit a true crime of her own?

When Twilight receives one of the original journals of Starswirl the Bearded from Princess Luna, she can't wait to try the spells inside it, but the book's magic turns out to be a bit more than Twilight can handle, as her reckless experimentation leads to her accidentally bringing her reflection to life. At first, Twilight decides she quite likes the idea of having a copy around the library. But seeing herself from an outside perspective makes Twilight realize there are some parts of her personality she doesn't care for, forcing her to confront her issues.

Written in the same format as the show, save that it is longer and addresses somewhat sadder themes. No objectionable content or OC characters, focuses heavily on the mane cast.

After a party with some friends Chris and his friends are walking home when a large dark purple cloud shoots from the sky and hits them, next thing he knows he's in a forest with a strange blue unicorn pony. He must search to find the reason for his sudden residency in Equestria.

After Twilight discovers a dusty old book detailing trans-dimensional portals used by denizens of ancient Equestria, she learns that one of these portals is right outside Ponyville. But something went wrong with the spell. Instead of a being from a different dimension, she summoned a pegasus who seems more confused by this than her. When she tries to send him back to where he came from, she gets hauled along for the ride. Turns out the portals match their users to the universe they are entering. How will Twilight handle being human?

A man cursed to forever walk the earth enters an eternal sleep, only to wake when he hears a call for help from an innocent. He does when the mane six go off to find the elements of harmony, he helps them with their adventures always protecting them and eventually becomes a very dear friend to one.

Inspired by a random 4chan post 'Rarity is now beside you, what do?' I decided to write what my reaction would be in a slightly more realistic scenario. ( As realistic as random ponies appearing out of nowhere can be.) (PS I wrote the story as a character, not as myself specifically. It's just how I would react in that situation.)
