However, when she and her friends attend a party at Sugarcube Corner, she meets a certain somepony who changes everything for her. This is my first ponyfic, so I'd like some feedback. If you have any questions I'm glad to answer. Of all the shipping I've seen this is probably my favorite, and this is my take on it.

Written for a sadfic contest (I won!); the plot is in honor of my mother-in-law, who wasn't so lucky, and I suspect wouldn't actually appreciate inspiring a story about ponies.
