When Spike gets the day off, he crashes into the CMC and strikes a conversation with them. After agreeing to go to their clubhouse to talk some more, Spike finds out that the three fillies have other things planned for the little dragon, showing that they wanted to crash into him in the first place, and it's the worst possible thing he could imagine. A makeover.

And, his makeup artist is Sweetie Belle, his long-time crush.

Sunset Shimmer has just graduated from Canterlot High School, and while that would normally be cause for celebration, it fills her only with a nameless dread as her friends begin to scatter to the winds to pursue their futures. With the latent magic of the human world contained and categorized and the Rainboom's idyllic days of schoolwork over, she finds herself without aim and listless, as though something important is missing from her life.

So. First time posting on the site after a VERY long period of lurking and reading and enjoying the tales this fandom can produce. To my surprise, I found a dearth of a certain subset of story that I wanted to read, and so I have done this, to put my thoughts to words. After all, it is said that one should write the story they want to read, yes? I've been inspired by a variety of stories like it that came before, and I hope to equal their quality.

I'll try to update roughly once every couple of weeks; please be patient with me and I hope you give this tale a once-over. Pre-emptively tagging with AU, that I might diverge freely from what may come if needed.

This is a collection of stories, told to the Crusaders by AJ, Dash, and Rarity themselves, about their childhood exploits. Danger, pranking, experimenting gone woefully wrong - the young club of daredevils had it all. Except cupcakes. Because only Pinkie Pie has those.

This story is a sequel to Epiphany

Twilight has come back to the human world to visit Sunset Shimmer after having been away for a few weeks attending to things in Equestria. However, it turns out that she is greeted by a very tired, worn out, and obviously sick Sunset Shimmer. Twilight mentions having found a book at the Canterlot High library and Sunset asks Twilight to read to her.

Sunset has something special planned for today while she waits for Twilight to arrive. Being a Princess keeps her away most of the time but when Twilight has a bit of free time she spends it with someone she deeply cares about. Christmas was only a few days away and this is the only free time Sunset will have with Twilight before she has to head back and take care of their own holiday preparations.
