For his interference with so-called "lesser" lifeforms, The Doctor is being punished. His friends have had their memories wiped, he is barred from travel through time and space, they intended to exile him to Earth and, worse yet, they chose the wrong version of it. Through an error in their calculations and technology, the Doctor was sent to what is seemingly another Universe. One where hooves beat feet in the evolutionary race, and where magic exists side by side with technology.
The Mane Seven also have a problem. They just had a strange stallion crash into their tree with a blue box, completely unconscious. And while the rest of the girls are underway with helping him, Pinkie has a secret she needs to tell Twilight, about how she knows that unmistakable blue box... And maybe go for a quick trip to a new place. There's also the mysterious new sets of mannequins being given as "free samples" for every business in Equestria. What on Gaea could be going on..?

An alternate universe, about midway through season 6 and right as the 3rd Doctor regenerates. An AU for both, you might say. This is one of our many, MANY day dreams. This is simply the first time we put it to paper. Well, monitor, but that's semantics. We do hope you all enjoy!

The left wall of Sugarcube corner had been nearly completely demolished by the box, and it was a testament to the skill of the earth-ponies who had constructed the building that it was still standing at all. She shook her head and went to examine the words at the top of the thing that had caused all the havoc.
"Police public call box" she murmured softly, eyes almost glowing with curiosity

Twilight Sparkle is planning on having a relaxing day, but that all changes when a blue police box crashes into Sugarcube corner. Now Twilight, Pinkie, and a strange stallion named the Doctor have to try to save Equestria from a threat disguised as their own beloved ruler.

After the Pandorica falls into the exploding TARDIS, it throws The Doctor through the very last crack in time, a crack through which he can cross universes.No TARDIS, no screwdriver, a whole new pony body and a certain unhappy plasmavore that fell through with him, The Doctor begins to think that perhaps his plan was not as fool proof as it could have been.

How will The Doctor protect the highly confusing, sentient ponies from the plasmavore that seems to be harbouring an unholy grudge against all things Timelord? How will he adjust to his new body? And most importantly, why does he have a sudden craving for...pears.

Well, at least he still has his bow tie.

The Sequel to Number 12.
The Doctor and Twilight leap into the future, though it may be a far darker place than they envision. In the mean time somehow the Doctor keeps crashing around Ponyville, something to do with Fluttershy, but what?

The Doctor takes to the stars in this fourth installation of the Doctor Whooves Series.

When the TARDIS is unexpectedly pulled off course during her first foray into the wider universe, the Doctor, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and a somewhat-reluctant Twilight find themselves brought to the doorstep of a utopian alien city. While Rarity and Pinkie immerse themselves in two opposite ends of the local culture, questions that have gone unasked for centuries draw Twilight into the shadowy labyrinth of intrigue and deception that sustains a delicate balance of power in this "perfect" society. A balance that some will go to any lengths to preserve.

And as the mystery surrounding the cryptic messages left in the Doctor’s path continues to unfold, will the growing schism of distrust between Time Lord and Friendship Scholar over unspoken secrets cost both ponies more than either of them are prepared to lose?

It's sunset, and Applejack is enjoying the evening air at Sweet Apple Acres. Then, she spots a bay colt sneaking suspiciously around her trees, and investigates - and is plunged head first into the dangerous world of the Doctor.

An imaginary friend. That is what Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash had decided the mad pony in the box was, but the raggedy doctor was far more than that. When the supposed-imaginary Doctor appears in present day Ponyville, looking as though mere seconds has passed since they last saw him, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are in for some very real trouble.

((Heavily inspired by the Doctor Who episode "The Eleventh Hour," as such it will contain plenty of references but the story goes in its own direction. Conceived as an 'episode' with subsequent sequels acting as other episodes in a larger series.) )

The Doctor goes beyond Equestria in this third installment of the Doctor Whooves Series.

When a chance encounter with the Doctor in the middle of Ponyville causes Zecora to run away in blind terror, he is understandably perplexed, as the two had never met before. Shortly after, the cryptic zebra turns up suffering from a mysterious ailment that is somehow related to her homeland of Zebrica, and the Doctor, Twilight, and (much to their surprise) Fluttershy must travel to the distant savannah in the TARDIS to discover the cause of her distress. But what begins as a search for a cure will lead to a darker place than one might believe possible, as a mystery spanning the whole of time and space deepens and hungry gods from far-off memories demand the Time Lord’s blood.

"Along Came a Spider" is the third Doctor Whooves Episode and the fourth of the expanded "Number 12" continuity begun by the inspirational Squeak-anon.
