The Mailbox: Reloaded is an experimental collaborative project, chronicling our cast's trips away from Ponyville for the summer in letters written to each other. Each character is performed by a different writer. This story collects the letters for each week in an easy-to-read format. Our cast:

Twilight Sparkle reluctantly embarks on a journey to Hoofington to learn the magic of friendship. However, she instead finds herself in the ghetto that is Ponyville, where friendship has taken a back seat to "Sweets" addictions and violent power struggles. Will Twilight be able to complete her quest among the jaded denizens of Ponyville or just be caught in the crossfire?

However, when she decides that Twilight Sparkle is just the mare for the job, the pegasus gets a bit more than she bargained for.

This story is a sequel to Post Nuptials

In the aftermath of the wedding, Spike is bitter and avoiding everyone. Twilight's determined to find out what's bothering her charge, but she walks a very fine line when dealing with an emotionally distraught child.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Dash suspects something's wrong with Scootaloo, so she starts spending more time with her in hopes of picking the secret from her brain. As she begins to truly mentor the young filly for the first time ever, she begins to see the advantages to having a little sister.

And while all this is going on, Pinkie is struggling with some old family issues that have been brought to the surface, meaning she might have to confront her past at last.
