The Doctor, Applejack, and the Cutie Mark Crusaders land in Minos, the Nation of the Minotaur, three thousand years in Equestria's future. They find the country embroiled in a war that could threaten to destroy both factions.

One Minotaur has an idea. An idea all to familiar to the Doctor.

Does he have a right to interfere? Does he have the right to stop them if they go to their fate willingly?

And what does this mean that it happened almost the same way in three different Universes.

After Midna sealed the Twilight realm forever, the newly resurrected Zant traps Link in his wolf form and sends his Twilight beasts to kill him. Link escapes, and his friend Ordona helps him flee to a mysterious new land, away from Zant's evil. But is this pony-populated world the heaven it seems? Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle, in another crusade gone awry, find themselves brought to a world very much like their own.

Except that here, Cutie Marks are considered evil and an organization known as the Cutie Mark Crusaders, composed entirely of blank flanks, fight to end the tyranny of the marked.

Adding to the fillies confusion and culture shock, their counterparts in this backwards world are heralded as some of the best the organization has to offer and are expected to battle alongside their fellow blank flanks.

Making things worse are the enemies they're supposed to face. What the other operatives call villains, a large chunk of them they call friends.

The three fillies must now find a way to return home and keep their sanity intact as all they have believed in is put to the most bizarre and backwards test of their young lives.

It was just a normal day inside Golden Oaks Library. But when Spike finds a hidden book teaching him about the power of Alchemy, a long lost art that is kind of like magic, what will happen? And more alerting for the drake is that he is one of the only few who can use such a power. Will he use is gift to help Equestria? Or will the power go to his head!? Also, can he keep his power hidden from Twilight?

There are nine crests of virtues: Courage, Friendship, Knowledge, Love, Reliability, Serenity, Hope, Light, and Kindness. Each crest having a chosen child who best represents this virtue, but when a tenth called the Crest of Imagination is sent into a different human realm. The unforeseen consequences shift the destined paths of many worlds. The Crest of Imagination splits into four pieces, and arrives within a small meeting of children whom it had chosen.

Within this world, many other realms are showcase for the purpose of entertainment. These, television shows, impact the mind of a child's imagination. And when given the physical representation of imagination to a group of children influenced by such showcases, it might react in a way unexpected.

Now four human kids are sent spiraling into the world of Equestria, with powers, partners, and devices unheard of. But don't worry, only the fate of the Digital, Ghost Zone, Human, Equestria, and Pokémon realms fall in their hands as a evil force seeks their crest. What can possibly go wrong?

Failing once in her attempt to take Canterlot and failing again in her attempt to take down Twilight, one would think Chrysalis would have cut her losses and let things be, but the queen has once again appeared, this time in broad daylight with no disguise and no army. Her weapon of choice? Diplomacy.

Now Twilight is having to deal with the changeling queen, but surely putting up with her antics will be worth the knowledge she's willing to provide about her mysterious race and the potential undiscovered agents still within their midst...right?

Takes place before Magical Mystery Cure and diverges from there.

In Equestria's early history, years before Luna had become a princess like her sister, ever before she gotten her cutie mark, she was once plagued with nightmares. She wanted to sleep without these monsters and demons to haunt her. Help does come in a blue box, from a stallion who calls himself "Doctor", with is assistance, and a pony whom everyone thought was Luna's imaginary friend.

Twilight's life as she knows it harbored a sense of security, but all that changes when Princess Celestia then arrives to deliver a message. To reveal the truth about Twilight's world that the mare's conscious mind has long since forgotten.

As her memories return, she is forced to come to terms with the fact that she was never Twilight Sparkle at all, but rather a structured thought experiment whose knowledge expanded through lives she herself requested to live in order to harbor a greater understanding of existence.

But sometimes there's one life among many that's the hardest to let go of...
