All Marcus had to do was stay with the group during the field trip. Follow the group through the museum, listen to the guide, and DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING! Too bad he isn't one for following rules and immediately grabs the handle of a mystical hammer on display. As a result he is now stranded on an unknown world with the powers of Thor, the God of Thunder.

Oh....and 'accidentally' kidnaps a pony princess. Yeah this isn't his day.

At least the hammer keeps him company....sometimes.

Equestria is suffering.
Princess Luna feels alone, powerless and utterly depressed. In her weakness, she accepts an deceitful Ex-Guard back into her service, one who only wishes to manipulate her for his own gain.

Feelings of loneliness and pain couldn't have come at a worst time though. As things seem bad enough , war is on the horizon, Ponies go missing daily and Celestia invites a strange new race of beings into Equestria. A strange bipedal species from a dying world, who command little trust and carry possibly dangerous motives and desires.

As Equestria witnesses their Princesses fight over lies made and secrets kept, and civil war becomes ever more likely, in a place far away, Rainbow Dash has to survive in a world without friendship, and one bathed in fire and constant death. Her loyalties will be tested, and soon she discovers teaching loyalty and friendship to others is a task far harder than she expected.

Friends will be pit against friends, but will it even matter, when the portals of hell open, and darkness floods the land?

For hundreds of years humanity had been fighting a losing war. Outnumbered and out maneuvered they looked for a way out of the war as quickly as possible with as few causalities as they could. They found their answer: Project SKIRMISH. Now, centuries since the end of the First Contact War, Humanity is nearing the seat of the galactic throne. With new found allies, resources and technology humanity has all but pushed back the alien invaders, cured all illnesses and plagues, tripled human life spans and are always looking to the horizon.

After a fleet of Frigates are destroyed in an unexplored system only a handful of Pilots are left. With no other options they are forced to land on an unknown world and quickly form alliances, or fight for survival with their limited resources and technology.

History is written by the victors and the Equestrians excel at winning. Far to the south of Equestria in the Badlands, the region that separates the Equestrian frontier and the unknown lands of the long forgotten Humans, lies an ancient citadel of knowledge. Generations of magic, both well versed and obscure, holy and ghastly. Its reinforced walls still stand though the tomes and coveted secrets were purged after years of warfare, degradation and abandonment. Despite the armies, bands and packs who tried to finish what the Equestrians started none were able to breach the gates of the Lost Archive. None aside from the few faithful to the old ruler and Lord Hierophant have ever entered. His reign was cut short because of the same people who gave it to him and his followers, though misguided and few in number, would see fit to restoring his former glory even if it's more myth then legend.

Princess Celestia doesn't like how humans deal with their problems, so she decides to do something about it. That something is an invasion attempt. She starts in what appears to be an old, abandoned town but soon learns this is the home of 2 deadly and ruthless human groups.

Two worlds, two peoples, two varying ways of life. For Equestria and its people, peace has been a staple of life for generations under the watchful eyes of their alicorn protectors. Resources and necessities for life are abundant, and the few times it has been threatened by external foes have ended in an Equestrian victory.

For mankind however, life is a brutal battle for survival in the war-torn hellscape of nuclear devastation. Violence and survival have been a mainstay for the last three decades, and only recently has a coalition tried to reestablish civilization. But the Earth is dying, and this last bastion of humanity only number around 50,000. For man, doom seems inevitable.

One day, two men accidentally discover something that will change the fates of both worlds forever. One man will discover Equestria and its prosperity, coming into contact with the very best Equestria has to offer. He will be shown kindness, and in turn, he will teach them understanding.

Regardless, the rest of Equestria will come to fear what they do not understand and after a tragedy costs humanity's good will, mankind will be left no choice but to invade in the name of survival. A sad tale, but one that history has repeated on numerous occasions. In the end, it will be up to a handful of individuals on both sides to find a solution and bring an end to the conflict. Will these two worlds come to terms and learn to coexist, or will one species be eradicated by the other?

Earth, the birthplace of humankind, is dying.

Full-scale nuclear war has ravaged its surface, killing billions in the process, leaving Earth a glowing radioactive wasteland.

Years before the war, colonization of Earth's natural satellite, Luna. Was well underway to the point that dozens of domes dotted the lunar surface. When the war started, colonization funding was greatly reduced, bringing the effort to a halt.

Now, years after the war, the colonies find themselves with two options.

Die from starvation, or try to find a new home.

They chose the latter.

Old cargoships, once used to transfer supplies, were hastily retrofitted to the best of their abilities and outfitted with experimental warp drives salvaged from testing stations scattered around Earths orbit.

Three ships, the ULC Coral, the ULC Nightmare, and the ULC Amber in Arms were outfitted with these experimental warp drives and sent filled to the brim with everything needed to start over.

Humanity reaches out in need of a home, but what they find turns out to be a little too much for what they bargained for.

Trixie has been defeated, her only hope is to travel west. She hopes to find new ground to settle and rebuild her life, but meets someone who might be able to help her move on and gain the strength she needs to let her past go. What better someone to do that than a human explorer that just happens to cross paths. Nothing is certain when myth meets myth.
