Hired Gun and Serenity from "Fallout Equestria: Heroes" take a train ride as part of a job and cross paths Citquine and Celly from "Fallout Equestria: Wings" in this fun and completely non-canon stand alone adventure.

This story takes takes place in an alternate time line branching off some point after Chapter 11 of Heroes, so reading to that point would be helpful for understanding who the characters are. This story also takes place some time after the end of Wings, but knowledge of that series isn't too required.

An android awakens in a testing facility and sets out to discover his own identity and purpose.

Set in the Fallout Equestria universe as described by Kkat (if you haven't read it yet, http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/04/story-fallout-equestria.html go read it now, I can wait a couple of weeks)
Ember is a young unicorn mare who regains her freedom after years of slavery. Follow her on her journey through the wasteland. Will she withstand its horrors without going crazy? Having lost much of her past, memories and purpose in life, Aurora Borealis stumbles upon the junkyard and its sole inhabitant Scraps. Having regained her name and desiring to find her past and place in the world, she begins to walk the paths of discovery. But what she finds and what impact she has may be more than she ever expected.

After the events at the end of War Never Changes Cane and the rest of the team find themselves with a serious problem, and no clear idea of what to do with it. It's going to take all their effort to put together a plan and right the wrongs that were done by Cane's brother, hopefully restoring balance to two worlds at the same time.

After a mishap involving the Transportalponder, the Courier finds himself in a place he doesn't recognize. With no way back and nothing else to do, he decides that wandering into the nearest town is the best option. Being the Courier, things aren't that simple...

A Fallout: New Vegas/My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic crossover

The style alternates between omnipresent third-person and the Courier recounting his tale to... Well, take a guess.

Surprise is a young pegasus mare eking out a modest existence as a third-rate Enclave soldier in the Primum Mobile Military Base, a remote weather outpost on the edge of the cloud cover. Life in the Equestrian Wasteland below is a constant fight for survival, but above the clouds, the worst thing Surprise has to deal with are the hallucinations caused by her schizophrenia.
However, when the base discovers a hurricane is headed towards Enclave airspace, Surprise is among those sent into action to try and intercept it. As Surprise quickly learns, though, the impending tempest is no ordinary storm. Rather, it is a militarized pegasus city from before the Great War, possessing enough prewar wonders and horrors to make whoever gains control of it the most powerful pony in the sky...if the city doesn't completely destroy the aerial nation of the Enclave.

Update: Recently O. Hinds, the esteemed editor for Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons, was amazing enough to read what currently exists of my story. Here's what he had to say about it, which he has given me permission to share:

“While at times Storm Chasers seems to me an odd story in a way that I cannot seem to put my hoof on, this is only a different quality, not an inferior one. I have found the plot and characters to be interesting, and the mechanical quality of the prose is quite impressive, particularly given Chaotic Dreams's lack of an editor; in Chapter 2 (the latest at this message's time of writing), I noticed only a few errors, and, while it has been much longer since I've read the first chapter, I do not recall anything particularly bad in that, nor did I see frequent errors in the skim I undertook just now. Oh, and the illustrations are pretty good.”

30 years before the events of the Day of Sunshine and Rainbows, and the Equestrian Wasteland is much the same as it's always been. Except it's not. Not in a mysterious section of the wasteland known only as the Zone, where only the craziest of ponies live and strange forces twist reality.

The ponies of the Zone are struggling to get by with their rapidly dwindling resources, a strange light has appeared in the sky that has not been seen within living memory and violently thrust into this new world is Buckler, a (now ex-) slaver with a talent for shielding. The Zone, and the Wasteland, will soon be changed forever, and there won't be any place in a world of corruption and evil for a pony whose calling is protecting people.

This story is a sequel to Fallout Equestria: Influx

The journey to find answers and to stop a madpony from unleashing an army of robots may have come to an end but now our heroes and some new ones have to live with the consequences and life in the wasteland.

Crystal and her family must content with life as wastelanders and Solaris learns what it is to be equine while protecting those that follower her.

When the megaspells and balefire bombs went off, turning Equestria into a brutal, deadly wasteland, thousands of ponies survived in the underground Stables. But when the radiation levels dropped, and the all-clear signal was given, Stable 92 decided to remain sealed, to ignore the outside world a little while longer. Of course, in the Wastes, nothing can remain buried forever, no matter how much they want to.
