Waking up from a 200-year sleep, a special blue-maned pegasus found herself losing all her past memories, and completely forgotten how she ended up where she was. Knowing the fate of the world, she had to brave herself in the apocalyptic wasteland and survive, and in the mean time search for her lost identity, a place in the new world, and her redemption of past, gruesome sins.

My second place entry for the Fallout: Equestria 500 members writing competition, choosing the theme "Before the bombs".

This isn't a tale of great heroism, of any great battle fought hard and won well. Deadbolt Tumbler never really had any driving force in his life, he didn't have a special somepony, he didn't even have any friends. He was content to do his job to the best of his abilities everyday and live out his life in peace as he always had, but the great war was now in full swing, and as it often does, fate decides to intervene. On the afternoon of his 18th birthday, he was drafted to fight for his country, throwing him into a world of new experiences that threaten to shatter his fragile perception of friends, love, and loss. Although he had written them off as nothing more than fables as a colt, he soon comes to see that the monsters from the tales of old, still roam the battlefields before him.

This story follows an earth pony plumber or "mechanic" fresh out of Stable 45 named Speak Easy,
or 'Spaz' if you want to annoy him.
He's attempting to make a living in the harsh reality that is the Wasteland.
A virgin of the waste, if you will.
No wait, that's not very good terminology...

Speak Easy doesn't have much of a goal other than you know,
not die.
Even though he has less survival skills then a legless sheep trying to fight against a pack of wolves...

But hey, if a Pipbuck technician can do it...

Follow him through his "journey" as he attempts to make a living doing Odd Jobs with some griffin who keeps on changing her name that he befriended out of pure chance, meeting strangers and making friends (that sometimes want to kill him) as he discovers the wasteland and the many living, usually deadly creatures that inhabit it.

The setting of this story will mainly take place in The Long Walk, where trade rules;
and where there's money, there's bandits, raiders, and poverty.
Keep in mind to stay close to the road, because there are things roaming the plains that are much scarier than a group of bloodthirsty raiders.

This is a fan story based off of Kkat's Fallout:Equestria, so if you haven't read that yet, please do that now.
I don't really know how much this story relates to or follows the lore of FoE or the other amazing side-stories like Project Horizons, Pink Eyes, Heros, Murky Number Seven, etc.
but it should still pan out well hopefully and be a fun read

This story is a sequel to Fallout: Equestia – Unscrewed Audio Files

By now you have likely heard my sister’s tragic story. Mr. DJ Pon-3 elected to call it "Unscrewed Audio Files". I am the Shoeshine from those logs, though as a Canterlot Ghoul I prefer Brittleshine. Pinkie Pie predicted I would meet my sister again, I have hope that it will come true. I have invited Screwy's fiancé, Dr. Stable Rate...who also became a ghoul...and my good friend, and a Hellhound named Grrrar along for the search. We are also joined by a lecherous, Moonskull, Sargent named Dancing Doll. We will document our adventure like Screwloose did, in a series of audio logs that I will send to DJ Pon3 to play over the radio. We will find my sister.

This fic is canon with the events of Unscrewed and reading that fic is nessisary to get the context of this one, but can still be enjoyed if the first fic is not read.

This story is also canon toGamma Deekay’s andDigital Ink (AKA Sawyer)’s series of connected fics, but only in that it shares the same shared universe.

Also it does reference EAST Corp Productions' various audio dramas, but without their permission so anything I do in the fic is not canon with their works.

This is a revision of Fallout Equestria: Tales of Transylvania. From now on, this will be the main story being updated.

Stories are passed down generation after generation. Over time the tales become mixed and confused, history gets intertwined with legend. As the years go by, even prophecies, warnings of things to come, are melded into simple marestales spoken to young ones at night. Details may be forgotten - however, the weight of which they warn is not.

Stable 17 was built within the region of Transylvania in northwestern equestria, safely situated between the base of Smokey Mountain and Vanhoover. The primary focus of the stable was to protect the native Thestral ponies who resided in the area in the event of a catastrophic war. These ponies -- commonly known as "Batponies" by the other races of Equestria -- sported fangs and leathery wings.

Transylvania, with its economy driven mainly by the farming of it's residents, saw little to no action in the war, and was blissfully left out of the rain of balefire bombs that consumed Equestria.

Midnight, at least that's what they call me. I grew up within the confines of Stable 17 where I was certain I would live peacefully, and die peacefully. I was to be yet another participant in the endless cycle that made up life in Stable 17, call it boring, but it was home.

When the current Overmare began a crazy attempt to keep her power, I was forced out of the stable, finding myself stuck out in the open world of the Equestrian wasteland. With no supplies, friends, or knowledge of the wasteland before me, I found myself facing a life that was sure to end quickly. As if that wasn't enough, another pony was kicked out with me; none other than Scarlet Rose, the Overmare's own sister.

Soon after leaving the Stable, I learned of a land far from Equestria, perhaps not even of this same world. A mystical being by the name of Ignis revealed himself to me and informed me of my destiny. Cliche, am I right? Well, as soon as that all began, I learned of something sinister lurking between worlds, something that only I could prevent.

Night by night, secrets tucked away within the forested overgrowth of Transylvania's lands began to become ever present, every step that Scarlet and I took seemed to wake dormant beings. Ancient legends - regarded as simple tales - quickly became a reality. Scarlet and I not only had to overcome our differences, but together we were tasked to protect the sovereignty of Transylvania, the very existence of our dying Thestral race.

Equestria's fate changed forever on The Last Day, when magical fire rained down across the land. Many perished when magical fires scorched the land and sapped the life from the surface of Equestria. Rose Petal, a filly who sees the future in dreams and visions, gets a glimpse of Manehattan during turbulent times. Princess Celestia has resigned, Equestria is on the brink of war, and the whole city erupts upon hearing the news. Rose Petal struggles to see one little filly to safety, and to make sense of a future that's seemingly doomed.

Throw your normal logic out the window as you enter into the high fantasy propaganda war time infused comic book world of Sword Mare. Inspired by Golden and Silver age comic books and based off of the comic book series found in the Fallout: Equestria universe.

Captain Zero Endless is trapped in a world of both the future and the past. There he teams up with the hero Claymari know as Sword Mare and her Unicorn daughter Philia to fight the Evil Zebra menace. Meanwhile Top Zebra assassin Azrael is sent to the world of future and the past to pursue Captain Zero Endless.

In Sword Mare’s world the Zebra rule a poisoned Equestia. The trees and animals have gone wild, the ground bare with soil. The pony races are divided and at best barley stand each other.
