First, allow me to offer my deepest apologies.  I have no doubt the news I'm writing to you about has, somehow, already reached you.

Still I know it is my responsibility duty to bring this matter to your attention myself.  Especially given that it involves a national hero.

Set a few years into the future, this story focuses on the adventures of the older Cake Twins. Much like Friendship is Magic itself this story has no true conclusion, and is always ongoing so long as I have the ideas for it.

Six year old Pound and Pumpkin have grown up a little from the babies they used to be, but there is still much to learn about maturity, working together, and friendship. Working together they protect and love each other, and some days they can't stand each other and get into horrible fights. At the end of the day they always come back together, hating being away from their other half.

Pound is very impulsive, acting without thinking, and talking tough even when he can't back it up. He has no hesitation at attacking others for picking on his sister, insisting that's a privilege only he can enjoy. The unofficial leader, he's usually the one to think of idea's, and also the first to sulk or get depressed when things don't go his way.

Pumpkin is the more rational one, the voice of reason. However, she's still apt to go along with Pound's ideas simply because its better than being alone, and she doesn't want him to get hurt if she's not around.

Together they can overcome anything that comes their way.

You just want to be left alone. Pinkie won't let that happen. She's been there.

I know quite a few of you have been waiting for this one and you have also maybe been wondering when I was going to wake up and get on it. Well, quit your jibber-jabber! Here it is! It's not the last one I'm going to write (maybe) and it might just give you a stomach ache, hence the romance tag. However, the dark tag is added because the topic is a little down there, yet it isn't too terrible, if I might say so.

Pinkie Pie has Passed away. After the funeral, the ponies of Ponyville put it upon themselves to bring a little party and laughter to their quiet town. Each writer takes a character and writes about their effort to cope with the loss, bring some life to the downtrodden town, or simply come to terms with what happened.

Everyone knows Pinkie Pie and her love of smiles. But why is she so eager to smile? Why is a smile her most valued possession?

For a person to truly value a smile, there has to be an event, a catalyst that makes them value happiness above all else.

For Pinkie Pie, that event was Sunshine; the sick Pegasus.
