You really do need to keep an eye on Cozy Glow. Turn your back for a second and she's off, away and escaping. Over the hills! Out to the sticks! Out to villages that might maybe possibly have not heard about what she did, or at least not yet.

There to plot, there to plan, there to get started on getting everything running smoothly and like it should again. Or at least get started on cooking up some revenge. Either way.

And there's also that weird alien thing she came across. He could be useful...

Thirty years ago, an Eldritch being was awakened from a prison built millions of years before ponies walked beneath the sun. Unstoppable and unkillable, it destroyed Equestria and brought Eqqus to its knees.

It has now returned to finish what it started.

Dream demons.

If they kill you in your nightmares, you die in real life. Thankfully, they only have one chance to get you before they can never enter your dreams again.

These days, they’re mostly a joke. Ponies figured out all the rules surrounding them ages ago. Young fillies even throw ‘nightmare night’ parties to mass inoculate themselves in relative safety.

Limestone has a situation, and she absolutely does not want to talk about it. But apparently no one informed Maud's stupid unicorn friend, because here they are, in the garden of swears, talking about it.

All of this means absolutely nothing to Queen Chrysalis, who is currently huddled in the darkest depths of the Everfree, talking to her pet log. But changelings - true changelings - are always hungry, and Chrissy hasn't fed in a long time. Attacking ponies and stealing their love is a risky proposition, though, so her options are limited. Necessity reminds her of a target she can feed upon safely... even if it means travelling to the heart of Manehattan itself.
