I was living a comfortable life. Had a loving wife and son, money was absolutely no issue, everything was swell.

Next thing I know, I'm hearing voices, I can't move, I can't talk, I can't even breathe. Yet, I know I'm alive, though I don't entirely feel like myself anymore.

Then I end up being the last of survivor of my new race.

I'm not even human anymore...

And yes, I am totally ripping off Through the Eyes of Another Pony. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all. So if despite my intentions your interest was piqued, go read CardsLafter's story instead, it's much better.

Young police officer with unnaturally colored hair and eye, goes on his first patrol after finishing his training to become a Dog Handler. Due to some unexpected events, he along with his dog companion named Mischief, ends up in the land of Equestria, where he has a pleasure of meeting the race of colorful and friendly ponies. Now he must survive within society composed mostly of ponies as the only member of his species in this foreign world.

Which with his luck and talent for getting himself into trouble that always end up with him almost dying or at least with some major injuries, is kinda hard considering this peaceful world is also inhabited by gigantic monsters and power-crazed lunatics.

An object of unknown origins crash lands in the no-pony's land between Equestria and Gryphon territory. Princess Luna and Twilight Sparkle race to beat the Gryphons to the crash site, but discover more to the crash than they originally thought.

It was supposed to be a simple day of rest for Twilight Sparkle. No invasions to thwart, no demigods to battle, no world-shattering revelations to deal with, not even a friend's dilemma; just the simple pleasure of a warm, sunny day spent with books, books, and more books. Maybe a friend or two later, for spice.

Then a crazy changeling drops from the sky and complicates matters with his insanity. The worst thing with the situation? He's very polite about it. And then Lyra gets involved and it all hits the fan after that.

This is it. The culmination of nearly seventy years of planning. Conversion is about to begin. And then something goes terribly, horribly wrong.

When the magical storms subside, Equestria lies in ruins; Celestia herself is in a coma. Help comes from the Crystal Empire, but it is not enough, and more ponies are dying every day. Worse, Twilight Sparkle, one of her core beliefs shattered, has fled into the Everfree forest. The situation goes from bad to hopeless when the humans arrive; the ponies prepare to fight, aware that they are horribly outclassed. But war is the furthest thing from humanity's mind...

Earth is under attack by a malevolent alien empire that conquers and enslaves everything it can in order to get valuable resources to keep itself sustained. But like the Ancient Romans, this empire shall now run into a people it cannot conquer easily, and to boost our chances, the God of chaos himself Discord has taken an interest in helping us win so the empire can be thrown into chaos. To accomplish this he causes a series of events that will send several ponies to our world to help us slightly as well as using what little powers he has to tip the scales of fate in our favor.

((This is a story ive been working on for a while now, since before I joined fimfiction and I wanted to try my hand at writing, leave alike and review if you want and I hope you enjoy, and yes I did put in my OC in the story but the story was here before him and I need to put him in something and I thought he would fit well.
