The situation goes from bad to hopeless when the humans arrive; the ponies prepare to fight, aware that they are horribly outclassed. But war is the furthest thing from humanity's mind...

I never read the first fic in the series since I found the concept kind of stupid my self and then all the ones coming out with how the ponies are monsters... and using it as an excuse to bash Celestia, I never could get into it. If Celestia is out for anything over a month or so, I imagine she's probably going to wake up under house arrest. Assuming Luna wasn't in on the whole "Lets genocide/rape an entire race" plan, I can imagine no circumstances under which she's going to approve. And she's going to find out at some point, probably when some ponies blame the humans for the Cataclysm and start playing around with pontification serum. Or just rifling through her sisters diary to find out what the hell she was thinking when she decided to blow up the kingdom. Not to mention Celestia's going to have wayyy bigger problems then Humans when she wakes up, considering she probably just killed more ponies then died as a result of Luna's little breakdown, Discords reign, the Changling invasions, and Sombra combined. She's going to have a lot of work ahead of her to regain the trust of her subjects.
And then theres the fact that the leader of literally the only undamaged urban center in all of Equestria, and thus probably the new Capital, does not approve of her aunt's shenanigans. Cadence could probably not only seize power, but be hailed as a hero for doing so at this point.

(and the other races as well zebras minotaurs griffins etc ,but I am nut sure why but in most TCB stories in there home dimension there are only ponies and no mention of the other races and there isn't any clue thet the ponies first converted the other races to ponies since they don't say thet: "we are going to save you like the other races" etc)

So Celestia cast the spell on March 29th, but the effects from the shockwave only reach Ponyville, probably the closest town to Canterlot, by December 21st of that year? And this chapter is supposed to be the following day after Celestia forgot to carry the tens? Apparently that spell miscast did more then just destroy everything.
Also AFAIK, the conversion potion explicitly only works on Humans. At least in most TCB "Universe" fics, but its your story, so whatever.

There's no reason at all for Twilight to act like that. If its the usual Twilight, not this twisted version of her, she'll feel pity instead of calling the humans "filthy" like some caricature designed to make Celestia look bad.

No, you don't. And you don't know if it is the 'usual Twilight' from the show because ALERT: IT AIN'T THE SHOW.
You have no right to dictate to the author how a character should or should not behave.
Especially an author of FANFICTION, where the characters can be completely OOC because the author needs it like that for the story to work.
To top it all off, this is a TCB fic, where all the characters were OOC to begin with if you bothered to read the original fic. In the TCB gere, as well as its counterpart genre, such corruption of the attitudes of the ponies are accepted (though you will find stories where they are not).
So be the bigger man and actually wait for the story to progress and play out before making such childish condemnations.
