Following a long streak of stressful work days and perhaps a bit too much cake consumption (although bringing the latter up would be ill-advised), Princess Celestia is in need of some relaxation. Upon her sister's gentle insistence, she hires a personal-trainer-slash-yoga-instructor in Tree Hugger, despite mild trepidations about it. She keeps a log of these interactions in her journal. How will the two get along? Will it blossom into a friendship, or something more? Read on and find out!

Yona the Yak has a crush on her Earth Pony compatriot Sandbar, but she is unable to confess her feelings to him. Worse still, she is terrified that Sandbar might be developing the same feelings for Ocellus, and that she might just return them. As a result, she starts having nightmares about her fears. Perhaps Princess Luna can help resolve the young Yak's problem?

Smolder seems to be allergic to something in the School of Friendship and is sneezing fire in all directions, threatening to burn down the whole building unless there is someone who can get her to stop. Sandbar takes up the task to help, but might be a little bit out of his element.

Can Sanbar help his friend while avoiding immolation?

Thorax has had months. Months, of working tirelessly as the Ruler of the Changeling Hive and he is absolutely exhausted. He can barely stay awake when he comes to visit Ocellus at the School of Friendship to see how she's doing.

Ocellus, being the smart cookie that she is, comes up with a plan: She can pretend to be him, and he can go relax for a day.

Desperate, he accepts, but on the condition that he goes to class disguised as her and takes notes so she doesn't fall behind. After that, he can sneak off and finally get to sleep.

But then Smolder and Ember get involved.
