When Princess Twilight Sparkle asks Eric Reed if he'll like to go with her to the Crystal Empire to visit Princess Cadance, Shining Armor, and Flurry Heart, he accepts her offer. But once they, along with Pinkie Pie and Starlight Glimmer, arrive, Eric suddenly starts acting odd, later becomes ill, and Cadance allows him to rest in the Crystal Castle at Twilight's request.

It turns out, there was more to that illness than it looked, and after a nap, he finds himself to be about the size of a flea! And worse, he's too small to be heard! Will he find a way to get somepony to see or hear him? It only gets tougher -- and less fun -- when he accidentally gets thrown onto a certain Princess's back, without her knowing she did it...

And how did Eric shrink so small? He can blame a buck up from one of his two Equestrian "big sisters" for this...

This story, like other stories I've written with the OC human character Eric Reed, takes place after the events of my 18-chapter "A Giant Adventure to Equestria" story. But it's not required to read it first to understand and enjoy this story, other than to learn more on Eric's backstory, how and why he's in Equestria, and how he formed his brother-sister bonds with Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer. This story was also something of a "semi-request", and special thanks to McProky for proofreading chapters one and two of this story.

Resting in her castle, Twilight Sparkle was minding her own business, reading in her library, when a furious Starlight Glimmer burst in, wanting answers.

Starlight was away when the Yovidaphone mess with Pinkie Pie happened, so she didn't know some of the things that happened. Such as Twilight wanting to use a spell to buy time, before Applejack talked her out of it.

But Starlight Glimmer has finally learned that her ex-teacher wanted to bring out spells. And she's not happy about it!

But you might be surprised at the reasons why she's so mad...

NOTE: This story is completely separate from my stories with the human OC Eric Reed that takes place, from a "canon" timepoint, during Season 7.

This story is soon after the events of Season 8.

But no matter what they do, Starlight skillfully turns everything back on her three friends, while making them walk into her own pranks. With a week to do it, will the team of three pranksters be able to find a way to prank their friend, who is seemingly invulnerable to pranks?

It's Princess Twilight Sparkle's birthday, and the human Eric Reed is part of a big birthday party for her. However, he earlier received some very hard news, has a heavy heart, but he tries to put on a happy face for Twilight. Eric doesn't want to ruin the birthday of who he thinks of as an Equestrian big sister, so he plans to tell Twilight what happened the next day.

However, it will be difficult for him to pretend to be happy the whole day, when he's anything but happy on the inside. Starlight Glimmer knew it, and she tries to get him to change his mind, and don't keep waiting to tell Twilight what's wrong. Because he needed her now.

This story takes place after the events of my "A Giant Adventure to Equestria" story, and it has a couple of spoilers about what happens at the end of it. This story is a sequel to Too Many Marefriends (And wives)

Still wanting to forget what happened when Discord put Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Starlight Glimmer under a spell to "teach" him that he doesn't need a girlfriend to be happy, Eric Reed asks Starlight to cast a spell to make him forget it happened.

Not what he learned from it, but what he went through to learn it.

In a not-so-surprising manner, the spell goes wrong.

Not only did Eric not forget anything, but now he'll have to avoid the affections of just about every mare in Ponyville, and beyond! Even one that usually lives far away from Ponyville may want in on the action...

Like this story's predecessor "Too Many Marefriends (And wives)" this story takes place after the events of my "A Giant Adventure to Equestria" story, which I'll have the link for below. It's not mandatory to read it to understand or enjoy this story, but it would help you understand more of who the OC human character Eric Reed is. Scootaloo really looks up to Rainbow Dash, and thinks of her as her big sister. However, Scootaloo doesn't have the number of feats that Rainbow has done, and once she ruins one of Rainbow dash's Daring Do books, she feels like maybe she doesn't deserve to look at Rainbow as her older sibling.

She gets some valuable advice from Eric Reed, someone that once felt that he didn't deserve to look at Twilight Sparkle as his big sister, with the advice that he himself once got from Starlight Glimmer, who he also thinks of as a big sister.

Eric Reed was thinking about some of the girls back in his old, human world, wishing he could have a girlfriend. A human girlfriend. But before he knew it, Eric found himself having to deal with the affections of his suddenly overfriendly pony friends. Who may or may not take "no" for an answer. He's not into ponies like that, so this becomes really weird for him.

And things will only get weirder.

In the many months he's known them, none of his friends have ever once showed any real hints of a romantic interest in Eric. Why would they start doing it now...?

He proves to be better than she thought, and with Trixie's pride on the line, it becomes a more and more heated duel.

Eric Reed is an eighteen-year-old young man, who loves watching My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and is a big fan of the show. Eric has a good heart, has a good sense of humor, but can be prone to expecting too much from others, is a bit immature, and doesn't have many friends.

One day, he suddenly wakes up in Equestria, and to further add to his huge shock, he's only about one-inch tall. After a frightening meeting with Princess Twilight Sparkle, he asks for her help to find out how and why he's in Equestria, why he's so small, and where to go from there.

The good news: Being a fan of the show, Eric already had some knowledge about the new world he's in and his new friends. The bad news: It won't help nearly as much as he hoped and may cause its own problems. And the worst news: He'll have to face the dangers and struggles that being so small and powerless would present. But they may not be what you think, and some struggles could come from completely unexpected and trustworthy sources.

But he won't be the only one to struggle...

EDIT on 03/30/19: I wasn't going to have Equestria Girls be "canon" when I wrote this story, but because of some confusion, I edited a bit of some chapters to let EQG be "canon". However, this ret-con to the story won't affect how the story goes.

EDIT on 07/28/19: To help fix a pacing problem, I added two chapters to show more of what happened that was previously "off screen". These chapters, what will now be chapter 6 and chapter 16, are written in a way that won't ret-con the story. There are minor edits to the start of what's now chapter 7, the very end of chapter 15, and a bit of chapter 17 to fit the chapters between them, but there's no actual ret-con.
