hmm so, to sum up, the majority of the chapters in this first part were to let the reader know about the protagonist, John. These chapters served the purpose to let the reader know about his feelings and emotions while adjusting to his new life in Equestria along with his new role as its guardian. Will part 2 answer the questions: "Why was John held prisoner?" "Why are his children in hiding?"
