This was a really fun read, and elicited several laughs! However, aside from a few minor errors, there was one phrase that stood out to me in particular:
"Perchance" is a synonym for "maybe". I'm not sure what word you meant to use, but "perchance" doesn't fit here. Otherwise, great story!
